Was away on vacation since end of August. Calgary is feeling more crisp, cool and fall like on my walk into work today 🍂🍃🍁 @marzenayoga Back to the grind. 👩🏼‍🏫 🖥 Feels like a Monday to me, even though it’s Tuesday! I guess in hindsight the work week will fly by faster. 😏 Grateful for the time off I had, and I took some much needed phone 📲 detox time. 📲I’ve been tracking my phone usage with the Moment app! If you haven’t tried it I challenge you to get this app and track how much time you spend on your phone 📱!! For me it was eye opening 👀 To give you an idea before vacation I was logging in 3-5 hours a day vs. on vacation an hour. This was with checking things like weather, google maps and taking photos. But when I’m in my routine back home 😮 wowza phone usage was way too high! Now being back to my routine I will try to be more mindful and not be on my phone so much. W I S H me L U C K! __ Have you tracked your phone usage?
