Over head squats.. First few sets at 40kg then I dropped down to 20kg for reps!🗣 This takes a lot of balance and stabilisation in your whole body/arms/shoulders. ✨
Done a bit of reflecting today on how far I’ve come and how much I’ve accomplished in the last 2 years or so 💪🏾 First picture is my current physique,eating wholesome food to FUEL my body/workouts, and having a flexible approach to my diet.
The last three is me when I over ate/had an unhealthy relationship with food and used the gym as a “reward system” to my binge eating.. it’s taken a hell of a long time for me to get here,but we here 💪🏾👊🏽✨
