Avocados make a phenomenal substitute for mayo on sandwiches, sauces, and as a quick healthy dip (mash it up with some lime and pepper) with raw vegetables. The only problem is : I hate them! (I know... I'm the only one...) . Anyone know a great substitute for Avocado? Tell me in the comments! I used to think when I saw pictures like these that the yogi just walked out of the womb doing headstands.
