BACK & BICEPS 💪⁣ ⁣ I decided to stick with just 3 exercises today, do lots of reps and get the pump! Do this workout to build strength & muscle in your back and arms! ⁣ ⁣ Bent over row & stand ⁣ 4x 10 (row & stand)⁣ ⁣ Single arm row ⁣ 4x12 each arm ⁣ ⁣ Alternate arm bicep curl ⁣ 4x10 each arm ⁣ ⁣ I did this after my HomeFit1 (bodyweight) session 56, which is a high intensity cardio workout, so was a perfect addition to this back workout! ⁣ ⁣ A reminder to many of you on my #CrockFit APP HomeFit1 plan - depending on your goals (building mass?), you may want to add on resistance type workout like this too. ⁣ ⁣ Ps HomeFit2 beta app testing for me on Friday! DUMBBELL PUSH WORKOUT 💥💪⁣ ⁣ Build strength and muscle in your CHEST, SHOULDERS & ARMS with this upper body pump! ⁣ ⁣ Dumbbell push-up ⁣ 4x15 ⁣ ⁣ Alt. Arm chest press ⁣ 4x20 (10 each arm)⁣ ⁣ Standing shoulder press ⁣ 4x12-15⁣ ⁣ Low fly ⁣ 4x12-15⁣ ⁣ Tricep extension ⁣ 4x12-15 ⁣ ⁣ If you have some dumbbells then give this a go! LEG DAY - NO EQUIPMENT ⁣ ⁣ Perfect to build lower body strength, stability, and muscle!🦵😄👊⁣ ⁣ 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest.⁣ Stay on same exercise for sets. ⁣ ⁣ Single leg reach ⁣ X3 each side ⁣ ⁣ Forward lunge ⁣ X3 each side ⁣ ⁣ Squat pulse ⁣ X3 ⁣ ⁣ Long hamstring bridge (Hold or pulse)⁣ X3 ⁣ ⁣ Leg abduction ⁣ X3 each aide ⁣ ⁣ You’ll be surprised how much you can work those legs without any weights! Give it a go!⁣ ⁣ I did this workout after session 55 of my HomeFit1 plan which felt good! WHAT I EAT IN A DAY! 😄⁣ ⁣ This is everything I ate yesterday! But remember this is for me, my requirements and preferences, but maybe it gives you some ideas, or motivates you to get some structure and consistency in your diet. ⁣ ⁣ 🥤 Breakfast smoothie:⁣ unsweetened almond milk ⁣ @reflexnutrition plant based protein ⁣ Spinach ⁣ Greens powder ⁣ Chia seeds ⁣ Hemp protein ⁣ Frozen blueberries ⁣ Oats ⁣ ⁣ Protein bar snack ⁣ ⁣ 🍳 Lunch omelette:⁣ 1 egg⁣ Egg whites ⁣ Red pepper ⁣ Broccoli ⁣ Tomatoes ⁣ ⁣ 🍏 Protein bar & apple snack ⁣ ⁣ Pre workout banana & pre workout ⁣ ⁣ Intra workout BCAAs ⁣ ⁣ Post workout smoothie:⁣ Unsweetened almond milk ⁣ Plant based protein ⁣ Oats ⁣ Frozen blueberries ⁣ ⁣ 🥗Dinner: ⁣ Pork kebabs⁣ Rice ⁣ Green beans ⁣ ⁣ 🍫Chocolate rice cake snack⁣ ⁣ Most of this is repeated daily, but ofcourse the dinner has the biggest variety and changes everyday. ⁣ ⁣ My major focus is eating lots of real, fresh, whole food and hitting my protein target, which ofcourse protein powder plays are large role as I don’t have too much meat these days. ⁣ ⁣ This was about 2476 calories which gives me about a 500 calorie deficit on most days, which allows me to build muscle and burn fat at the same time! ⁣ ⁣ My DMs blow up with how to achieve results, but some of those people aren’t willing to pay attention to their nutrition...⁣ ⁣ Also, If you want some @reflexnutrition stuff then use my 40% off code PTCROCKFORD50!⁣ ⁣ Nutrition guide and 1-1 support included in ALL #CROCKFITAPP plans! 👊⁣ ⁣ See you at 6pm for my LIVE workout! SWEATY CARDIO CALORIE BURNER!💦🔥 ⁣ ⁣ Here are some of my fav bodyweight cardio exercises that I’ve used in my live workouts this week! ⁣ ⁣ The timing has been fun too!
