Everybody get your ROLL ON!!! For those who do not know how to foam roll here you go. This is a short vid that could help you. Here’s a quick “Core” workout you can do at home or gym. No equipment needed. Follow each exercise with 30-60 rest in between. 3 Rounds. Challenge and test your core strength. Here’s another fat burning, muscle gaining circuit I put together for people who don’t have time to go to the gym. No equipment needed. Follow each exercise with 30 to 1 minute rest in between and repeat the circuit 3 times. It’s a 10 minute workout that’s challenging for all fitness levels. Try it out everyday this week.
