Going, going, gone! The old house on our Camira site has been cleared, and construction is due to start next week. There are exciting times ahead, so stay tuned for updates! at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
This is one of our projects currently on the drawing board. When we start the sketch design phase of any project, we literally put pen to paper and sketch out as many iterations as it takes to get the plan working really well for you! Sometimes this take quite a few attempts at exploring different options, but is very worthwhile to the overall functionality and success of a building design. From there we put the plans into a more formalised computer drafted format, when we get measurements and areas correct prior to layering up a 3D digital model. The 3D model is generally the most valuable communication tool for our clients, which allows them to really see the spaces come to life and envisage themselves within them! Stay tuned as this little renovation project continues. at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

This extension to a previous BASE project, is focused around implementing a large outdoor entertaining space, consisting of a sunken firepit and bar. The design takes cues of the original dwelling with sharp cantilevering edges, large glazing and a strong connection to nature. This project is packed full of great surprises and attention to detail, we are looking forward to seeing this project develop. at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Located on a steep corner lot in Gordon Park, the project accommodates 10 townhouses between 2 street frontages and a laneway. With a strong focus on open plan living with generous outdoor entertainment spaces, this project aims to blur the line between indoor and outdoor spaces. at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Our Helen street project is getting so close to being finished. Looking absolutely magic and a true testament to all the people who have worked so hard on this job, designers, architects, builders, tradespeople, engineers, craftspeople, suppliers, artists, and specialists. Well done! @evolveconstructions 👏🏼 we are so close @luisa_dunn_iphoto #dunnwarehouserenovation2018
Check out the progress on site at Baroona Rd - @thallonmolegroup are doing a great job as usual! The living areas have been moved to the top floor on an impressive cantilevering slab, getting the best views of the city as possible. Watch this space… at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Take a look at our Nabiac project we have been working on recently. The design is a proposed three storey new build which will ultimately become our clients “forever home”. The transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces are seamless and we love the proposal of warm materials throughout. at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Pops of colour reflect the branding in this medical fitout, whilst complimenting light blonde timber joinery throughout. Curved elements assist in creating a calming environment for patients.

Our Wellington Street project is in a coastal location with incredible views out towards the harbour. The design explores some fun use of curves – used in the pool area, roof shape and some screen detailing. It also incorporates some interesting materials such as white brick and timber both internally and externally to suit the coastal setting. at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
We visited our Bankside project just before Christmas to check out the progress on site, and it was great to see the concept really coming to life! This “small” renovation project involved redesigning the entry to the steeply sloped site, both for vehicles and pedestrians; creating a new garage and entry stairway externally, as well as redefining the front entry door, which was previously understated and not immediately obvious on arrival. The garage is built into the slope of the site, enabling a large pool deck over with expansive views out to natural green surroundings. at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Check out our Heller Residence taking shape on site up at Toowoomba! Some awesome views, great clients and a fantastic builder mean this one has been a pleasure to work on. Construction is racing ahead and we can’t wait to see the home come together in 2019! at Toowoomba, Queensland

Our New Farm project is starting to reveal its beauty. How about a suspended slab cutout for a skylight in your kitchen. Or a counter-lever slab over your pool. Great work by @westera_partners + @basearchitecture and our boys.
