On my last trip to the Bay Area, @collincreates @davvealcaraz and I went to the beach and spent the afternoon in the golden California light on the beach followed by the best vegan food I’ve ever had. I could go for some more of this soon πŸ“·πŸ™ŒπŸ»

As we continue living through this crazy time in our lives it has seemed more and more likely that @balloonfiesta won’t happen this year. Every year in October, over 850,000 people attend this amazing event but it feels inevitable that the balloon fiesta will be canceled for 2020. It will be weird not seeing the sky filled with these balloons every morning on my way to class or to shoot a timelapse like this πŸ“·πŸ˜•

The sandstone formations across the Southwest are incredible to see and explore especially when you convince some friends and your brother to join you on a long weekend πŸ“·πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I remember the first time I tried to take photos of the stars. I had done all my research and planning and when it was finally time to take the first photo it camp out black. I tried adjusting things over and over again but still just black images. As I got frustrated I then realized i never took my lens cover off and that was the reason πŸ€£πŸ“·πŸŒŒ

This was my first time out here with two of my favorite people and this still stands as one of my favorite memories since I’ve lived in New Mexico. We walked for miles through the rain and overcast exploring the alien like landscape until the sky exploded with color and rainbows at sunset. We then slid around in the pouring rain through the mud in the dark after then sun had gone down but they sky stayed fully of pink and purple for almost an hour. Truly a magical evening πŸ“·πŸ™ŒπŸ»

We hiked a mile down this rocky and beautiful beach before the sun came up to get this amazing view. It feels weird that this was just a few months ago and we were kinda unaware as what was about to happen because we just were enjoying the PNW too much to focus on the news and social media. We will get back to this soon and I can’t wait for it πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ“·

It’s Tuesday so here’s another timelapse for everyone! This was about 12 hours of shooting from sunset, through the rise of the Milky Way and into sunrise. Despite the occasional moth than sat on the lens I’m very happy with this πŸ˜ŠπŸ“·

As much as I miss this city, I don’t think I’ll be able to visit it anytime soon. I hope all my NYC friends out there are staying healthy and positive! Can’t wait to be back here with y’all ASAP πŸ“·πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I enjoy watching the animals hurrying across this farmers land as night falls onto Mount Hood. This view point was right off the road and I could have sat here all night πŸ“·πŸ™ŒπŸ»

I feel like this is my favorite spot near Albuquerque. The views on the other side of this rock house are amazing and it never disappoints at sunset time πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ“·

The Hood River Valley was such an incredible place. Driving a round these farms and vineyards during the day was so much fun. We were just a few weeks too early to see everything bloom but we’re still amazing by this area of Oregon πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ“·πŸ˜
