Swipe▶️ to see my usual go to stepper routine. . 1️⃣30 sec to the left 2️⃣30 sec to the right 3️⃣1 mins straight on. . I do this as i get bored with usual cardio. I also kind of walk like a 🦆 but not intentionally (kinda). I try turn my feet out the whole time pushing through my heels to feel it in my glutes, when doing them to the side i push more in the front leg than the one behind as you can see from the movement.

My usual go to glute activation👊🏽 swipe ▶️ as usual. . Haven't been feeling super think i have a flu, so i took my monday easy training wise, i did some glute activation before jumping on the stepper and then some light stretching🤗 This can be done alone, with weights or resistance bands. . 1️⃣Donkey Kicks or Quadruped Bent Leg Hip Extensions x25 weight added for half of the reps 2️⃣Quadruped Kickbacks x25 3️⃣Quadruped Leg Lifts x25 4️⃣Fire Hydrants or Quadruped Hip Abductions x25 Weight added for half of the reps 5️⃣Weighted Side Lying Hip Abductions x25 6️⃣Clams x25 7️⃣Glute Bridges x25 (not recorded) . 🔹4 Sets- Minimal Rest. . This plus 15 mins on the stepper burned 400 calories which i was very shocked by. However, I am feeling sick so that may have contributed. I done these before jumping on the stepper because I genuinely only ever feel the stepper in my legs😭 #quaddominantfam

Where people go wrong is when they try to be someone that people like. When you meet friends you try to appeal to that they like, same with men and same with jobs. We put forward an "illusion" of ourself (Like here, its an illusion that i have hips but i don't). An illusion of us, a personality thats half us and half what others want. But until you be 100% you, you will keep meeting dead ends🤷🏽‍♀️. . When you are the most yourself you have ever been thats when the pieces slide into place. Thats when your tribe starts to appear. . I once had a friend tell me "i can only really be myself around you. I can't be me with my other friends". My response to this "Then why be with them? These people are not friends.". Its literally thats simple. If your with people who don't make you feel comfortable and yourself, thats half on them but thats also on you. You are choosing not to be yourself around them and if your choosing that, something about their character doesn't sit well with you. So fuck it. 🤷🏽‍♀️. . I havnt felt more myself than i do right now by simply saying "here are my cards, take em or leave em". May be blunt as fuck. May turn some heads. May get people saying "wow high standards". May get friends not understanding why you don't speak to them anymore. What i have to say to that is? Who's happy? Theres not a lot we have any power over in life but we have a choice in what environment we place ourself in, so choose wisely. Choose one that embraces you and make you happy AS FUCK. Not just happy, happy as fuck. . When a flower stops growing or doesn't bloom, fix the environment of which it grows, not the flower 🌻

Swipe⏯ For Heavy Leg Day. . My workout then consisted of; 📌Circuit 1: 5 Rounds 1️⃣Barbell Squats 5-8 reps 2️⃣Crab Walks (not recorded) 20 reps. . 📌Circuit 2: 5 Rounds 1️⃣Box Squats 5-8 reps 2️⃣Banded Hip Thrusts 20 reps. . 📌Circuit 3: 4 Rounds 1️⃣Bulgarian 1/4 and 1 Split Lunge x5 each side 2️⃣Frog Pumps x20. . My back started giving out so i had to lower the weight and the had to just completely stop only got to 60kg before i had to quit it because as you can see in the video my right knees keeps flicking inward which for me usual means my lower back disc is hitting against my sciatic nerve running down my leg, my back is still sore today so i didn't go as heavy as i intended 🤕 i blame 1. Needing my chiropractor appointment again soon and 2. Sitting at a desk all day💀. . Also, recorded my squats to box squats so i could get them in as i knew id have to leave it after that set. . It takes time for us to be attracted to what is good for us whether it be good food, good relationships, good men and a good mindset. All this shouldn't have to be undone, we shouldn't have to go from disrespecting ourself to finally seeing our worth, we should be SHOWN our worth and TAUGHT to love ourself from the moment our feet touches the ground. . Love yourself enough to set boundaries, if they don't accept it they are not worth it.
