For some time now I've been wanting to share my real practice which I do regularly. I don't do yoga everyday, but I move everyday. I don't know if that's yoga or not and to be honest I don't really care if my movements fit in someone else's definition of yoga, I don't care if it's called yoga either because it feels good and that's the point. It's movement that I really enjoy and need to feel physically and mentally flexible to start my day right. It's just some standing forward and back bends, always moving from side to side to see how the sensations change. Experimenting with my body. I recommend it to everyone. It takes only some minutes or even seconds to stretch and move a little bit and it changes so much. Please warm up before doing deep stretches and always know your limits (especially after waking up). Always listening to lovely @fatfreddysdropnz Lots of love 💕

If you're reading this, stop everything you do. Pause for a moment. Breathe. © @anahata_fotografia • Hello friends, I finally decided to create an official Facebook page, because I want the community to focus more on the texts I write and give more opportunity for open discussions. I invite you to click the link in my bio and like my page (and give me 5 stars if you like what I do) 🌟 That would be amazing! Thank you all for your support! I love you! ❤️ at Sierra Nevada

Endless appreciation for this woman who knows me better than anyone else and has spent more time with me than anyone else and yet still wants to hang out with me. Amazing. It's really rare to find someone who is that loving, caring, and always trying to see the good in every situation. There are many more virtues I could emphasize but today I want to focus on her empathy. No need for explanations, just one look and she knows. She just knows. She sometimes knows me better than I do, which can be scary but beautiful. A soulmate? A connection on a deeper or higher spiritual level? The simple fact that we spent most of our lives together? I don't know and I don't care, because it's beautiful to have a person like this in your life. 🧡 Do you believe in twin telepathy? ✨ p.s. if you're comparing our faces to decide which one of us is prettier or if you're sexualizing this picture, please sit down and think about what's wrong with you. 😌 photo: @peggypoetry makeup: @karlagoldoni

If you want to know how confused I am right now, look at this picture and think about the confusion or brainfuck it caused you the moment you saw it. Maybe it took you some time to figure out how someone could possibly do this, maybe you immediately got it and thought you knew how it all worked. Maybe you turned your phone to see everything from a different perspective. Maybe you didn't think anything and just looked at it. Maybe you didn't even care. Maybe you think I'm crazy and weird for doing this. Now combine all these thoughts and emotions and voilà this is how I feel. It's quite funny though 🤯 Have a nice weekend! 🌞 at Kos, Dhodhekanisos, Greece

EMBRACE INSIGHT ✨ Change will lead to insight, insight will lead to change. Insight for me is the moment of 🤯, the moment when you think 'I figured it out, it all makes sense now'. There are many moments when you think that you've figured it all out. But the truth is, you will never have figured out everything. Pessimists might find that discouraging, but optimists like me see it as an infinite possibility to learn and grow. Those insights can be simple life hacks or eye opening experiences and they might happen everyday. I've had one of these moments some days ago when I went to a talk about the psychological and emotional dimension of the menstrual cycle. It just all makes sense know. And even though I know that I know nothing really, this insight will definitely lead to a change in my perception of myself and how I treat myself in different phases. Embracing insights means embracing change. Insights can be small or big and will therefore change your life on a small or big scale. Insights can be good or bad, but will always change your life for the better. • My favorite yoga pose for Day 7 of #embraceyouryogaself Thank you all for joining us on our wonderful challenge! ✨ Hosts: @celiniyogini @livelaughlory @_clarityoga_ @maike.yoga @jessy_jyotiyoga • Sponsors: @berlinyogaconference (3 day pass for #berlinyogaconference2020 ) @thy_halo @yogiseed @zenpolitan • Pose list: Day 1: standing backbend - embrace your kindness Day 2: any twisting pose - embrace your confidence Day 3: standing forward fold - embrace your flaws Day 4: any heart opener - embrace your spiritual heart Day 5: any core activation pose - embrace your strength Day 6: any inversion - embrace your diversity Day 7: yogis choice - embrace of choice at Granada, Spain

EMBRACE YOUR DIVERSITY ✨ My qualities, skills and interests are very diverse and I embrace this diversity. And I think having several interests also a social trend that you can observe with the great number of interdisciplinary studies. A little bit of every, but nothing specific. For me, having a broad general knowledge is the key to understanding this world and how everything is related. And what's more, you have countless possibilities to combine different interests. Nevertheless, these endless possibilities can block you (and that's what happened to me). So many opportunities that you can't decide and don't do anything in the end. You can have several interests, but I think it's important to prioritize. Especially when it comes to studies. What do I want to learn for yourself and what do I want to do in life? Remember that in today's world you can always inform yourself about anything without studying it. Prioritize your interests and focus on what's most important now in this moment. I am currently finding out what my interests are and how I can combine them. It's such an interesting process! Love it! • Inversion pose for Day 6 of #embraceyouryogaself You can still join us on our wonderful challenge! ✨ Hosts: @celiniyogini @livelaughlory @_clarityoga_ @maike.yoga @jessy_jyotiyoga • Sponsors: @berlinyogaconference (3 day pass for #berlinyogaconference2020 ) @thy_halo @yogiseed @zenpolitan • Pose list: Day 1: standing backbend - embrace your kindness Day 2: any twisting pose - embrace your confidence Day 3: standing forward fold - embrace your flaws Day 4: any heart opener - embrace your spiritual heart Day 5: any core activation pose - embrace your strength Day 6: any inversion - embrace your diversity Day 7: yogis choice - embrace of choice

EMBRACE YOUR STRENGTH ✨ There is nothing as strong as tenderness, and nothing as tender as true strength. • I am strong and I embrace my strength. I know that my experiences made me stronger than I've ever been, and I also know that I'll keep getting stronger everyday. I'm not referring to physical strength because my muscles are not really growing bigger and I'm not as physically strong as I used to be. I'm referring to mental strength. I'm constantly becoming mentally stronger, which for me means knowing my worth as well as knowing when and how to set boundaries and to say no. Nevertheless, being mentally strong doesn't only mean imposing your will, because a person who knows their worth doesn't feel the need to do so. Being mentally strong also implies allowing yourself to show weakness, admitting that you're wrong or not feeling okay. Real strength means allowing yourself to be weak. • Core activating pose for Day 5 of #embraceyouryogaself You can still join us on our wonderful challenge!

EMBRACE YOUR SPIRITUAL HEART ✨ What's a spiritual heart? I have no idea haha, but I guess it's the ability to connect with other people on a higher emotional and spiritual level. I can do that and I embrace this ability. I actually just had a very strong experience of spiritual and emotional connection and it was amazing. It's just a feeling that the other person understands you with no need for explanation, justification or even words. This feeling often lasts for a very short time, but if it lasts, it's beautiful and often manifested as love. And if it doesn't last, it's still beautiful and still love. Embrace these (often highly emotional) experiences without expectations or fear. Allow yourself to feel connections, the good as well as the bad ones. Listen to this feeling (which is often called intuition) and trust it, it's very powerful. • Heart Opener for Day 4 of #embraceyouryogaself You can still join us on our wonderful challenge! ✨ Hosts: @celiniyogini @livelaughlory @_clarityoga_ @maike.yoga @jessy_jyotiyoga • Sponsors: @berlinyogaconference (3 day pass for #berlinyogaconference2020 ) @thy_halo @yogiseed @zenpolitan • Pose list: Day 1: standing backbend - embrace your kindness Day 2: any twisting pose - embrace your confidence Day 3: standing forward fold - embrace your flaws Day 4: any heart opener - embrace your spiritual heart Day 5: any core activation pose - embrace your strength Day 6: any inversion - embrace your diversity Day 7: yogis choice - embrace of choice at Granada, España

EMBRACE YOUR FLAWS ✨ I would embrace my flaws but I have none. • Don't get me wrong, I'm not (at all!!) saying that I am perfect. But I don't like the concept of flaws or imperfections. What are imperfections? Everything that is not like the norm or society's ideal of how you should look like. It's seen as a flaw if your breasts are too small or big, your belly too round or flat, your legs and arms too hairy or muscly, your skin too pimpled or wrinkled, your hair not tameable or blittle, your lips too thin or thick, your labias too big or unsymmetrical, etc. So basically everything that is natural. What is not perfect about that? Everyone is too much of this, too little of that. There is no one who fits into every beauty standard, and yet so many people try to do so, it's quite depressing if you think about it. Perfection is what society tells us should be the norm, and it's unrealistic and does so much harm because the ''perfect body" simply does not exist. It's important to remember he human body doesn't have to be "beautiful" (according to beauty standards) in order to function. As long as I'm healthy my body is perfect the way it is. I don't embrace my flaws, because I have none. Because our flaws are only what we are constantly told not to like. If you destroy this idea of perfection and imperfection and start liking everything about yourself, you'll be much happier. • Three variations of Forward Fold (video sped up 1.5x) for Day 3 of #embraceyouryogaself You can still join us on our wonderful challenge!

EMBRACE YOUR CONFIDENCE ✨ I am confident and I embrace my confidence. Some time ago I wouldn't have posted this picture and I still feel weird posting it because my body doesn't look good in this posture. But over the last two years I achieved a level of self-confidence that allows me to not care that much about how other people perceive me or my body. When I know my worth I don't need other people's approval. Confidence is not only being aware of your strengths, but also your flaws. I know what I am, what I do well and what I don't do well. And I'm proud of that. Oh and the second picture is my real favorite twist at home on my @yogiseed mat 🌞 • Day 2 of #embraceyouryogaself You can still join us on our wonderful challenge! ✨ Hosts: @celiniyogini @livelaughlory @_clarityoga_ @maike.yoga @jessy_jyotiyoga • Sponsors: @berlinyogaconference (3 day pass for #berlinyogaconference2020 ) @thy_halo @yogiseed @zenpolitan • Pose list: Day 1: standing backbend - embrace your kindness Day 2: any twisting pose - embrace your confidence Day 3: standing forward fold - embrace your flaws Day 4: any heart opener - embrace your spiritual heart Day 5: any core activation pose - embrace your strength Day 6: any inversion - embrace your diversity Day 7: yogis choice - embrace of choice • How to join: > re-post the flyer, follow all Hosts and Sponsors and invite some friends to join > post daily using #embraceyouryogaself and tag all Hosts and Sponsors > set your profile public, so we can see your posts at Granada, Spain

EMBRACE YOUR KINDNESS ✨ I am really kind and understanding, and I embrace my kindness. But I tend to be so kind to others that I forget myself. And then I regret being so kind. Just recently I was confronted with a situation that caused me a lot of pain, but instead of listening to what I needed I did everything to make the other people involved suffer less. And so I ended up doing the opposite of what I needed because I didn't want to be egoistic but understanding. It seems like I forgot that not being egoistic doesn't mean forgetting yourself. I completely forgot to keep myself in mind and I'm quite depressed right now and can't express a lot of kindness. Why? Because I was kinder to others than to myself. Saying it's okay when it's not, or being understanding when in fact I don't understand. We often experience an inner conflict between how kind we would like to be and how kind we really are. Ego is bad when it's excessive and we should try to get rid of it as much as possible, but it is a part of us and it's not bad to want the best for yourself. In the end, maybe our ego is just the inner voice that wants to remind us that we are most important (and to a certain extent that is true and good). Don't get me wrong, I don't want you to be egoistic, I just invite you to be as kind to yourself as you are to others. Embrace your kindness towards everyone, but don't forget yourself. • Day 1 of #embraceyouryogaself You can still join us on our wonderful challenge!

LOVE ✨ Today I'm grateful for love. Not only romantic love, (especially not romantic love, because I'm fighting against this idea that makes many people suffer, but that's another topic), but also any kind of love that people show. For me lately love has changed a lot, it's more fluid and less bound to concepts of how love should be. Love is everywhere you go, you can find and feel love towards an idea, a project, an animal, family, a friend, a lover, and everything that's in between. I personally don't want to categorize love like I used to, and I've experienced more pure love than ever before. The different types of love aren't that different after all. Just observe, love is everywhere. Love can be manifested in a simple hug, a kiss, a 'How are you?', a smile, any small gesture, or farting in front of each other. what I wanna say is love is great, love is life. don't try to fight it it's all around. i feel it in my fingers, I feel it in my toes. love is all around me, that's just the way it goes peace out. love wins. CHANGE ✨ Today I'm grateful for the change I see in the world and in every being. I'm happy that I can notice my personal growth as well as the rising consciousness about how we can make this world a better and more equal place. Today I'll take a flight back home (I tried but can't avoid flying in this case, because I neither have the money nor the time) and in the airport I found a restaurant with vegan dishes! It was kind of difficult and of course there were people who called me crazy or radical but in general everyone was really understanding and tried to help me. It was not much, but I know that some years ago that would have been impossible. So I know there is a long way to go and it sometimes seems as if the world is getting worse (and it is!!) but I see change in people's mindset and that gives me hope. Also, shoutout to my sister @julesdiwisch who took the picture and, for the first time in our life, won't pick me up with the car but makes me take the train to pollute less. Thank you to everyone who is understanding and who makes an effort. And do you see that look on the dude's face? TEACHERS ✨ Today I am grateful for all the teachers that surround me; the ones that teach me how or who I want to be as well as those who show me which habits I want to avoid. Today's pose is warrior pose and I want to say that everyone is a warrior in some way. Everyone has gone through difficult times or moments and have learned from them. And it's beautiful how we are a product of all our prior emotions. Every action of every person is a reflection of prior experiences from which you can learn. You cannot only learn from your own mistakes or accomplishments, there are indefinite possibilities to learn if you just observe. • I often observe and analyze people's behaviors and think 'Wow I like that way of thinking/talking, I'll adapt that'. On the other hand, I also observe situations where I think 'Wow I really don't like this reaction/behavior' and analyze why I don't like it and which reaction I'd prefer in order to adapt my behavior to this ideal. And to be honest, I learn more from people I disagree with than from the ones I agree with. You can learn from everything/every being around you. You can learn from other people's success as well as other people's errors and failures because everyone has experienced something you haven't and knows something you don't. Allow others to be your teacher and allow yourself to be a student. Contemplate. Observe. Reflect. Blossom. Flourish. Thrive. 📸 @julesdiwisch • Warrior Pose III for day 3 of #letsfeelgratitude You can still join us on this beautiful challenge! 🧡 Hosts: @ele_argi @tashayoga @celiniyogini @insta_yogini • 🧡 Sponsors: @vayumudra @sofico_yoga_handmade @mymalanecklace @yoggys_yogamats @arcfitnessproject @everstretch • 🧘‍♀️Gratitude asanas variations: 1. DESIRE ✨ Today I feel grateful for changes of our desires. I will explain it by taking nature as an example. Now that the weather is changing so drastically, we tend to complain about the cold and want to return to the warm summer. Remember summer? When it was so hot outside you just wanted to stay inside with air conditioning or desperately waited for a cold breeze to refresh you? Well now this cold wind is your worst enemy. Now you crave every second of sunlight whereas in summer you jumped around in the shade trying to hide from direct sunlight. What I want to say is that our needs change constantly. What you wanted may not be what you want now. That doesn't mean that you didn't want it in another moment. Mostly I experience this with love. People saying 'S/he doesn't love me anymore, so s/he never did. All of it was a lie.' Ever caught yourself thinking this? Well as much as we love drama, it's not true. Feelings, desires and people change. Listen to yourself and what your body wants. Adapt to it, don't fear change. • Tree Pose for day 2 of #letsfeelgratitude You can still join us on this beautiful challenge! 🧡 Hosts: @ele_argi @tashayoga @celiniyogini @insta_yogini • 🧡 Sponsors: @vayumudra @sofico_yoga_handmade @mymalanecklace @yoggys_yogamats @arcfitnessproject @everstretch • 🧘‍♀️Gratitude asanas variations: 1. FLORECIENDO ✨ Today I'm grateful for all the possibilities to learn that life gives us. I'm grateful for the 'good' which brings you joy as well as the 'bad' which brings you wisdom. Everything is perfect the way it is, everything is exactly the way it should be. I'm currently in a state of my life where everything changes so quickly I can't even write diary because before I can describe a situation it already has changed. So many new impressions, emotions and experiences that I sometimes don't know how to process all of it. It's overwhelming. This is why I'm not very active here on Instagram. I simply need time to assimilate everything I experience and learn. At some point I will share my experience on this platform, because maybe my process might help anyone in some way. But right now is not the moment, my thoughts are not organized enough and won't help much. The only thing I can say right now is that I guess we do attract the things that we need, even if we don't (consciously) want them in that moment. Contemplate. Observe. Reflect. Blossom. Flourish. Thrive. • Day 1 of #letsfeelgratitude You can still join us on this beautiful challenge! 🧡 Hosts: @ele_argi @tashayoga @celiniyogini @insta_yogini • 🧡 Sponsors: @vayumudra @sofico_yoga_handmade @mymalanecklace @yoggys_yogamats @arcfitnessproject @everstretch • 🧘‍♀️Gratitude asanas variations: 1. Did you expect something fancy when you saw this little picture in my feed? Yeah it's nothing fancy. Just a little throwback to summer and a demonstration of what happens when you want to do a fancy yoga pose you see on instagram, but don't know how, so you just 'go for it' 😂 Please don't ask me what I'm doing because I have absolutely no idea. Have a nice weekend! Next week, I will host a wonderful challenge, more information soooon. 🌞 #lotsoflove 🎥 @julesdiwisch at Lower Austria
