Standing at 75.65KG tonight, last meal less than 2hrs before i weighed myself, regular portion. Today very well hydrated, which also contributed to the CLAYGEE pump i susoect... Hahaha, continue to bulk!
Hitting gym later tonight. Pls ignore the ON 100% WHEY there, as I only use the plastic tub for my MYPROTEIN which is a hell lot cheaper and work just as fine for me.

When you've been in the gym for five years plus, you're very likely to hit plateau. In order to continue to gain more mass, you really need to bulk up.
Don't worry about packing up a few pounds of fats, cause they come in handy, in the sense of improving overall strength and slightly boost your testosterone level.
Looking ripped all year round actually hurts your gains. Unless you're paid to look that good or photo ready 365/247, it's better to maintain a higher body fat percentage.
I look good at 11%-12%, but feel great when I'm 15% and above. Workout is greatly improved at that level too. I can lift heavier weights, which is vital to gain muscle mass, and have better stamina.
