About last night’s #rawlasagna 🔥🔥🔥This one is made of zuchini, that are put into salted oil in order to make them more soft. The ricotta is made of macadamia nuts, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, lemon, water and cashew. Tomato sauce is made of tomato, sundried tomato, dates, salt, pepper, basil, olive oil, soaked walnuts, smoke liquid and some smoked paprika. Basil pesto: Basil, olive oil, garlic, stevia, soaked macadamia, salt and pepper. On top: Goey mozarella made of cashew, salt, physillium husk. Let’s use the magic time after #eclipse2018 for #newbeginnings a fresh, new start or just even beautiful little changes. Even baby steps can make a big change. When you start with a new routine (for example jogging every day), you should concentrate on this routine, only on one new routine by the time. Repeat that every day for at least four weeks. After that time your brain will get used to it and will actually need it to feel good, to be full of power and energy. But really we need to do this routine every day for at least one month.
