I am very excited to have my artwork and Dalton’s writing in the same book (they are both included in the debut volume of Archipelago - The Allegory Ridge Fiction Anthology, which will be published soon). The book looks beautiful—I can’t wait to see it in person! @allegoryridge

Stopped by @the77gallery on Christmas Eve so that my family could check out my solo show, Aimless Pilgrimage! It’s up for two more weeks if anyone is going to be in the Rutland area! at 77 Gallery
Funtime health update for my family and friends: This week has been a wild one. On Sunday morning, I woke up with a blind spot in the middle of my right eye. Four trips to the Emergency Room, three retina specialists, a stroke scare, an MRI, and many many hours in the hospital with Dalton and my amazing parents later, I have been diagnosed with Acute Posterior Multifocal Placoid Pigment Epitheliopathy, a rare eye disease that causes temporary blindness (I have 85% vision in my left eye and maybe 15% vision in my right eye, although it may still get worse at this stage), but most patients recover their vision within six months. My family has been amazing—Dalton drove like a maniac through Boston traffic to get me to the emergency room, my Dad and Mom drove to Boston to be with me multiple times (my Dad from New Hampshire and my Mom from many hours away in Vermont), and I have had lots of very sweet phone calls and messages, which I really appreciate, so thank you! I will probably not be painting for a bit, but I am so relieved this is most likely temporary.
Here is a painting of an abandoned backhoe that I finished last week! It is #oiloncanvas , 48”x40”, still working on a title at North Adams, Massachusetts
