Fresh fades and fresh brews for these two today 🍻 #pugswholikebeer at Wilmington Brewing Company
Took this little guy to meet his vet today and try to learn a little more about him. His teeth say he is 4-5 years old, his eyes say 7-8 years old, so we're going with 6. He screams like a velociraptor when he gets a blood draw (in his defense, he has been to a lot of vets this month and I scream like that when I get blood drawn too.) He has been nothing but sweet, patient, polite and so happy, even though he spent November-December abandoned, in a shelter with pneumonia, to a rescue, to a foster home and now forever with us. It breaks my heart that someone discarded him but it makes my heart so happy that we get to be the ones to show him he is loved. #ziggystnick at Kure Beach, North Carolina

I used to make Christmas cards with things we did throughout the year on them, but I was so crushed with work, we're getting ready to move and Josh doesn't know how to process RAW files, so I'm just going to post them here on my semi-ignored IG account instead. We went to Maine in August. We saw 7 whales. It was amazing. at Bar Harbor, Maine
There was a week in August when we ate lobster every day and I'm currently dreaming of that week. at Mount Desert Island

Happy national pug day to my #1 hombre.
I have been asked which animal I would least like to encounter hiking, it's a moose, because look. They're the biggest land mammal in NA (right below a bison) and are a little more agitated by us humans than a lot of other animals. Can you imagine getting run down by one of these? This guy was huge. It would hurt SO bad, so let's leave them alone, view from afar and keep all of our bones in one piece. at Rocky Mountain National Park
