Seriously, when somebody tells me “I don’t like vegetables…” I legitimately think.by myself. Dude, I don’t like brushing my teeth and showering either. BUT IT’S NECESSARY!!!💪 - Yes, eating vegetables is necessary. Why you ask? Because of vitamins and minerals. “But can’t I just take a multivitamin?...” No. Don’t be a muggle and eat your damn vegetables. - Oh, and by the way…. If you’re trying to lose fat these can add a LOT of volume to your meals or can act as a legit “calorie free” snack. Yes, I’m saying you can endless cucumber all day long. It takes almost more energy to digest this food than it actually gives you. Are you creating a hostile environment where disease can flourish or are you creating a healthy environment where your body can heal itself and function at optimal levels? . What kind of fuel would you put inside a Lamborghini? Would you put cheap fuel or high-grade octane gas? The answer is obvious. . Our body is like a high-performance sports vehicle. However many of us put cheap gas in it daily. We eat junk foods, excess sugar, tobacco, alcohol and other toxins and wonder why we don’t feel good. How could we? . . If there’s extra time, a 4th or 5th can sneak in . For the majority of people, family and friends are their #1 priority, as well they should be 👍🏼 . Work has to be up there too. Gotta pay for stuff, unfortunately😒 . The third is where we start having more choice. Some people have more responsibilities and have to factor those in but most people can designate a few hours to something. That can be a hobby, reading, watching TV, playing video games OR it can be exercising and organizing their nutrition . With the number of benefits that exercise and eating properly has and how much of an impact it can have in all facets of life - it should be a no brainer. If you have a goal of losing weight then this definitely has to be number 3 on your list . That doesn’t mean you can’t watch TV or read. Not at all. Reading, TV or relaxing are important too because they reduce your stress. I assure you that there will be time for that - after your workout and have your meals planned 😊 . The only way to have real, lasting results is to consistently prioritize exercise and proper nutrition. Dieting or working out for a week or 2 won’t do much. It has to be a top 3 priority forever...Just like spending time with family and going to work . Oh and obviously you’ve got to spend some time on social media to check out my posts 😉😂 . Those who are underweight, pregnant, breast-feeding should NOT do it and those with diabetes should consult with their physician prior. This is sad! . . Generally, most people should drink about eight glasses of water per day. Assuming each class is about 8 ounces. To keep it simpler, if your mouth is dry, drink water. The biggest reasons that diets & meal plans typically fail is that the new regimen is HUGELY different from what you are accustom too. If you are used to eating every couple hours, then consider giving a 12/12 fast a try. Rather than fasting for 16 hours right off the bat, fast for only 12 hours instead. . 2️⃣CHOOSING WRONG PLAN 📆 . Don’t set yourself up for failure. If you are a night owl then don’t plan to start your fast at 5pm! Too many of you are seeing Instagram graphics and using the schedule provided without customizing it to your life!
