Especially when you have exams, homeworks and need a lot of time to study. But It’s all about planning. Here are few things I’m doing right now to deal with school, work and my workouts. ❤️🖤💚 ✅ I write down everything I have to do on my phone. ✅ I wake up early! Definitely not something easy to do but it’s the best way to get more time to achieve everything I plan to do in a day. ✅I’m trying to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night ✅I’m trying to not put things I can do today for tomorrow. I’ve been eating less calories, less carbs and doing a little bit more cardio and it seems like everything is under control. I’ll keep cutting for another week or 2 and then go back to my clean bulking. I’m not cutting longer than that because my goal right now is not to be lean and I don’t want to loose my gainz neither you feel me? ❤️💚🖤💛🖤💚❤️ at Montreal, Quebec

I got to say chest is not my fav part to train but I still work it anyway. Ladies, It’s so important to work your upper body not only to match your lower but also to build a stronger and healthier body. I usually prefer resistance band workouts simply because my upper body grows really fast and the bands help keep the toning and definition there without the “bulking” aspect. But this day I was feigning for some power 😈 ❤️💚🖤 💪🏾 Single arm tricep pulldown - 20 lbs - 4 sets of 10 (be sure to take a step to the side opposite of the pulling arm). 💪🏾 Cable Tricep pulldown - 40 lbs - 4 sets of 10 💪🏾 Cable Bicep pull-ups - 40 lbs - 4 sets of 10 💪🏾 Over Head crossover swings - 8-10 lbs - 3 sets of 6-10 (ea arm equals 1) * I do these on a regular basis * 💪🏾 Chest curls - 8-10 lbs - 3 sets of 15-20 ❤️🖤💚 The first 3 exercises are done as a superset (meaning complete all three exercises before breaking and repeating) and the last two exercises are done as a superset! 💪🏾@bodybycookie ❤️💚🖤💛🖤💚❤️ at Los Angeles, California
