How to stay on track during the Holidays?⬇️ . Don’t forget! You only live once! So make the best out of it! Enjoy every single minute of your life! . These are my tips I can recommend you! Feel free to add more🤗❤️ . 1- Walk a lot!🚶🏻‍♀️ Be active! It’s always good to discover other cities by walking and even getting lost! . 2- Stay hydrated! Drink looots of water.💦 Especially if you’re walking a lot you’ll need looots of water and drink before your meals to feel full. . 3-Order your healthy main meals first!🥗 Before you order, think twice if you really need a giant bowl of ice cream with full of whip cream and chocolate sauce. You’ll feel satisfied with your healthy main dish. If you still want that ice cream, share with someone 🤗 . 4- When ordering!🍟❌ Skip french fries, order side salad, skip the bread, request more veggies. You’ll feel more energized if you keep nourishing your body so you can walk and discover more of the city!!! . 5- Eat slow! Chew more!🙃 This is soooo important! You’ll realize you feel full longer! Enjoy the time and enjoy your meal! . 6-Hit the gym!🏋🏻‍♀️ If you don’t want to spend too much of your time at the gym, have an effective 30 min gym session! If there is no gym, go workout at a park! It’s more fun🤗 (I always bring my gym bands with me, buy yourself some! Best investment and they’re not heavy). . 7- Sleep enough!😴 Get your growth hormone working! The sleepy you are, the more likely you’ll feel hungry, tired and grumpy! We don‘t want these during a nice holiday! . 8- Sharing is caring!👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Share some (unhealthy) traditional food with your husband/wife/friends/family etc.. you don’t have to eat the whole thing but you have to try!🤗 . 9- Don’t go too harsh on yourself!🐣 Be disciplined and consistent but don’t go too harsh on yourself! Have your cheat meals in moderate! You don’t want to regret anything afterwards! You should have some traditional foods❤️ . 10- Balance!🕴🏻 Lastly, try to have a balance! If you had too much pancakes, milkshake, chocolate sauces for breakfast, eat healthy meals for the rest of the day or if you had a giant unhealthy meal for dinner, focus on eating clean the next day. .
