Been in the business for long yet still never loses its touch. Mann Hann is one of our go-to restaurants for a quick and decent Chinese fix. We love every item in this photo, but the one thing we never forget to order every time we dine-in is their Spicy Squid 🦑 It has a deep-fried goodness that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s Taco Tuesday! Or we must say, Tuesdays? We obviously ordered too much 😂 From another hole-in-the-wall located in Poblacion, El Chupacabra. Known for its street tacos - we especially liked their Carne Asada for its tender beef and flavor; and their Baja Fish Taco, tho maybe a little too heavy on the mayo, the choice of fish is spot on. 🌮 #Foodies101PH #RestauRun at El Chupacabra

Beautiful 😍 Fell in love with these two items of St. Louis. First - Wild Strawberry Waffle. A well-made Belgian waffle drizzled with berry coulis and white chocolate which taste great together. The wild strawberry ice cream on top is damn good too. Second - Louis’ French Toast. Seems simple yet heavenly. It’s a lightly “french-toasted” croissant with a buttery goodness that melts in your mouth, complemented by maple syrup, fresh fruits and whipped cream. One of our favorite Korean restos, Min Sok! A hole-in-the-wall located in Poblacion which is really a house turned into a restaurant. We often get our Samgyupsal fix here. The perfect pasalubong when you are to go to Tagaytay and the only buko pie we approve, The Original — pioneer branch is in Los Baños. Glad that they open near home ❤️ Love their buko pie’s flaky crust and generous amount of coconut meat that’s smothered in custard with just the right sweetness. Always a “first come, first serve” basis when ordering hence no reservations. You may chance upon a talangka vendor right outside the store. The yummy Cheese Garlic Toast from Cafe Seolhwa 😋 — yes, aside from bingsu and beverages, they also offer toasts/sandwiches. May seem an ordinary toast with a melted cheese on top but there’s a surprise filling that awaits. It has a sweet mochi filling that uniquely complements the funkiness of the cheese and garlic. Shawarma Rice always hits the spot! — may there be variations in the sauce and type of meat. Yet this sophisticated spin on shawarma rice distinguishes itself from the rest. From the founder of Gourmand Market at BGC High Street, a perfect place for Titas of Manila with its rustic and homey interior. 😄 We had their signature Crab Fat Paella with real chunks of crab, Garlic Prawn and Crab Fat Linguine, Vongole Spaghettini, Callos and their delightful Caesar Salad. Sulit-sarap to the bones! 🤤This is Raki’s BBQ Ribs Family Brunch set which comes with 2 full-rack of ribs and 3 sides for just around 700 pesos. The fall-off-the-bones meat of the ribs is, needless to say, super tender and juicy and covered with their deliciously balanced BBQ sauce. An unassuming place in the middle of an array of restaurants that actually turned out to be serving good food. Franco’s is located at the ground floor of Powerplant Mall. They serve modernized western and local dishes. Had Barcelona Pizza, Mushroom Risotto, Barbecued Spareribs and Angus Beef Sisig. Ooma takes on another classic to its own. Their Ebi Tempura comes with aligue mayo and avocado mousse on the side which are perfect for its crunchy outer texture and if you wanna try other option than the traditional sauce. Their Tori Karaage had an upgrade as well. They made it crunchier with sweet potato strips and balanced it with a mildly sweet and tangy sauce. Craving for Tenya’s All-Star Tendon. 🍤 Consists of tiger prawn, crabstick, salmon, squid, mushroom and green beans on a bed of Japanese rice. Each one is lightly battered to a crisp and drizzled with their delicious sweet and savory special sauce. It also comes with a proper miso soup on the side.
