I love when people tell me they can’t eat healthy because they love Spanish food too much... WHO DOESN’T!? 🤣 I also love when people believe that “rice and beans” are a fattening/unhealthy food, when in fact, the “rice and beans” combo creates a COMPLETE PROTEIN. Switch out some ingredients for more natural alternatives and you have yourself a delicious meal! With a salad on the side! 😉
This plate not only looks delicious, it tastes delicious! Swap out the quinoa for rice- it just so happens, we made a huge pot of quinoa for this week! 🙌🏼

When working out, your body needs rest so it can repair your muscles (making them bigger); and when creating new things, your mind needs rest so you can develop new ideas!
Author, Alex Soojung-Kim Pang, said it best, “Rest is work’s partner, not its opposite. Each supports the other: work creates the means for rest, while rest gives us the physical and creative energy to do good work.”
