The best thing I ever did for myself was take a step out of my comfort zone and try something new... And because of that one step, that one choice that I made, changed my life forever.
I have lost 30lbs since 2015 and am in the best shape I have ever been in. I am a happier person, better partner, and better mother.
So now I challenge you to do something that makes you uncomfortable.... because when you step out of your comfort zone, amazing things can happen 💜
Of course I can never get a picture of him, but he scores 3 baskets against PSF today! Whoop! Go hawks!

Today is day 2 of 80. Two days of killer workouts, two days of on point nutrition, two days of a positive attitude and mindset!
I could say “ yea it’s only 2 days, whatever” but I am celebrating EVERY day because each day I wake up is a day to be thankful for!
This program will end in June 6th and I’m going to do my best every damn day to be the best version of me because I deserve that, and my family deserves that!

Today was a MUCH better workout! Thanks to this lovely thing called PMS I have been dragging ass this week! BUT my nutrition has been at awesome! .
Monday I will be starting my first accountability group since coming back as a coach and I am SOOOOOO excited! There is nothing greater than helping people FEEL better and seeing them transform their bodies!

I was so TIRED. So tired of not loving who I saw in the mirror. So tired of not having energy. I was just fed up. I was doing Insanity (sometimes) from home, but never actually stuck to it or held myself accountable
I was scrolling my facebook one day about a month before halloween and I saw one of my old coworkers post that said “Who wants to look sexy by Halloween and lose up to 15lbs?!”
ME ME ME! I signed up, without shakeo cuz it was too expensive and I didn’t know what value it held…I mean whats the difference between that and slim fast right?
Acutally I was doing Isagenix at the time, so I wanted to use those before I bought anything else. So I did the 21 day fix, it took me 3 attempts before I FINALLY stuck to it, and STUCK to my nutrition plan that was designed just for my body type, and by the 3rd time I had finally given into trying shakeology
My first REAL round I lost 9lbs and I FELT AMAZING <3 I was completely addicted after that. Then I signed up as a coach to get the discount on their products
I am not saying that it was easy from that first round that I did. It was HARD AS HELL. There were times where I plateaued, there were times I was like “WHAT THE F AM I DOING THIS FOR”, there were times I wanted to quit…
Now here I am, 4 years later, 30+lbs lighter, toned as hell, and look about 10 years younger than I did 5 years ago. HAPPY with myself. I love the person looking back at me in the mirror, I have confidence. .
While there is still room for improvement, I am better than I was yesterday. Looking at the girl who I was so many years ago, makes me want to work harder to make sure I never become that girl again.
