*️⃣HOME WORKOUT*️⃣ . --> 40sec ON/20sec OFF --> 6 rounds --> that's 30min . . Alternating front + back lunges Push ups with toe touches Burpee into squat hold Straight leg sit ups Skipping . . *Beginners you can cut time to half and start with 20sec ON/10sec OFF for 6 rounds. ✴ MY KIND OF DINNER ✴ 🔸️SUPER SIMPLE TO MAKE🔸️AFFORDABLE 🔸️HEALTHY 🔸️SOOOO YUMMY . •Salmon •Veggies •Dash of soy sauce •Sea salt •Pepper •Tiny bit of Chipotle . ●Season salmon with salt & pepper and bake in the oven on 175°C for about 20min. In the meantime steam your veggies in the microwave for about 5min. Put in the bowl add dash of soy sauce. Top up with shredded salmon and dressing if required. I love smokey chipotle! 👌 I usually cook enough for about 3-4days. Devide into Tupperware and keep refrigerated. Today's mobility session to correct my posture, work on flexibility, core strength and help with my lower back pain 🧘‍♀️ I'm doing each move for 30sec and then repeat whole thing one more time. That's total of 10min ✅ 🔻 Bird dog Cobra stretch Child pose Plank hold Forward plank Dead bug Glute bridge Bridge hold Lower back massage Full body stretch 🔺️ I will try to include this kind of sessions at least once a week.
