#backday today. Saw a nice series of exercises on an @ocrguychallenge challenge thanks to a post from @leibiscuit. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to do 1 per day but I did them all as part of my #back workout. I've never been great at these types of exercise (too heavy) but its great to mix things up. I'm not even sure I've done them all right but they worked my back just fine. Awesome race at the Rockingham #duathalon today. 10k run, 38k cycle and a 5k run to finish. It was very cold on the bike but was a great experience racing on a closed race track.
