My tips that have helped me stay motivated over the years:
♥️Figuring out what time of day you have the most energy
(some people are morning people and some function better at night)
♥️ waking up and not thinking it’s gonna be a bad day!
(We control a lot of things in life. The energy you put IN is what you’re getting BACK)
♥️ planning out a schedule in my head the night before and waking up and knowing what you have to get done! Reward yourself too (:
♥️EATING A HEALTHY BREAKFAST (this is a big one! Starting your day off with a healthy breakfast helps give you energy! This means no sugary cereals and donuts for breakfast)
♥️Eating healthier snacks and meals in general really help give you energy
(Junk food is going to make you FEEL GROSS AND LAZY)
♥️EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!
(Best thing ever to give you an energy boost and make you feel like you can accomplish anything)
♥️changing up the scenery
(If you sit at the same desk every day it get boring! Go study outside or somewhere different sometimes)
(But not too much)
♥️Follow motivating people on social media and not people that make you feel bad about yourself
♥️Stay focused on the end goal! Remind yourself everyday why you’re doing this
♥️reward yourself for the progress you have made cause life is hard! Don’t be too hard on yourself we are all human and not everything goes as planned
♥️Don’t put your energy on things you CANT control
♥️Do it for the feeling of relief when you’re done ♥️DO NOT just lay around all day (unless it’s rest day lol) if you feel lazy get up go for a walk, drink water and increase your energy levels and GET SHIT DONE! 🥰
Remember consistency is the key you have to keep at it! Keep pushing and following your dreams! Nothing is easy but you were made for a challenge!
Life would be too boring if we didn’t get pushed to our limits sometimes

Tip for cooking shrimp: boiling them for 3 min keeps their texture good!
If you grill them also only for 3 min. 1.5 min on each side!

Sun dried tomato pasta 🍝
Sun dried tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Nutritional yeast (replacement for cheese or you can put cheese)
1. Cook pasta
2. Cut up zucchini, spinach and onions and sauté them and set aside
3. Add 1 tbsp olive oil into a large frying pan over! When hot, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 cup of almond milk! When it has thickened slightly (it will thicken further when blended), pour this into a blender.
4. Add 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, nutritional yeast and 1/3 cup water to the blender and blend
5. heat up 1/2 tsp of oil. Cut the remaining sun dried tomatoes Add this along with the onion to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes. Add chilli flakes and dried oregano and cook for a further minute. If it sticks to the frying pan, add a splash of water.
6. Pour the sauce into the pan
7. When the sauce is heated through, add in the pasta and veggies! Add pepper to taste and any extra salt or a splash of water if needed.

Lettuce cup chicken wraps!
-Cut up bell peppers and onions and sauté in olive oil until they are soft! -Cook the chicken on a different pan -Add the chicken in and add in coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce with the veggies
Put it in the lettuce cups and enjoy 😊

But you can get omega 3 from fatty fish like salmon.
From walnuts, flaxseeds, canola, soybean these turn into omega 3 fatty acid in your body!
Of course with regular exercise and decrease fat in take as well can help prevent heart disease! 💪🏼❤️

Burrito bowl! 🥰
1-2 cups of brown rice or quinoa
1 cup of black beans
1 Ib Chicken
1/2 cup of salsa
1-2 tsp of low sodium taco seasoning
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon
How to make it:
Heat the pan with oil
Add in the onion and let it cook for a minute
Add in the chicken and add salt pepper and taco seasoning to it.
After it’s done cooking add in cooked rice.
Mix it up and add in cumin
Now add in tomato’s, salsa, beans, corn, and lemon.
Mix in some cheese but it’s still delicious without cheese if you want to avoid it.
Take it out in a bowl and serve with avocado and lettuce! Squeeze lemon on top! •

No cheese version!
EASY AND SIMPLE
💚One sweet potato
💚one pound ground Beef
💚2 tsp of low sodium taco seasoning
💚2 tbsp plain yogurt
💚1 tsp of garlic powder
💚salt and pepper to taste
•Preheat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit
•cut and bake the potatoes for about 40-45 min or until crispy.
The sweet potato’s are harder to cut so you can soak them in water for a little bit to make them softer!
while waiting for the potatoes:
•cook the ground beef and drain the fat. Add low sodium taco seasoning.
•cut up the lettuce, tomatoes, onion
mashup the avocado and add garlic power and plain yogurt to it and squeeze in lemon. If needed add salt and pepper.
•either make salsa or use a store bought one! My favorite is Archer farms: corn and black bean salsa! Make sure to read ingredients! (Homemade salsa recipe coming soon)
•once the potato’s are nice and crispy take them out of the oven and add on top all the ingredients!! 🥰
