So this just got real! Project Bikini...in a moment of hope I submitted my details for more info about the 2017 Project Bikini challenge, which led me to @queenoflean - 5 minutes later all the self doubt and fear returned and it took another 9 months to take the plunge and do the #FitAF challenge. Through that I learned I can be disciplined, work hard and make huge changes.
