Doing what I can 😌
I usually have a whole weeks worth of training planned but at the moment it’s waking up each day and seeing how my body feels, today I did 20 minutes Hill walking followed by some leg circuits... I was surprised how much I got out of this! It’s not easy working round injuries but as long as you know what your body is capable of without pushing too hard you can still work around small injuries - Im sticking to the guidance of my chiropractor & not pushing weights up at all! Still managing to get a good sweat on... I’m not trying to lose weight at the moment, not trying to build muscle... just reminding myself that I love training and enjoying what I can do and feeling grateful I can do small amounts 😊 at WTF Gyms

Staying in bed all morning & eating sandwiches all afternoon results in a after hours gym session @wtf.training 🥪 .
But boyyyyyyy it was worth it... training isn’t my priority right now, well, cause I can’t train 🤣 but I’m going to work on my fitness levels whilst I’m out of the game on weights. .
Mentally this break is actually doing my mind set really well, I said yesterday I believe whatever happens bad or good was. Always going to be part of your plan, and this set back happened for a reason 💯
