Morning shapes! ☀️ I’ve been pretty up & down over the past few weeks, stress causing me to hold excess water. A few quiet weeks keeping my head down is going to do me some good I think! Training is actually going really well, appetite has taken a massive decline this week but making sure my meals get eaten to fuel those sessions 👊🏼 Big back session later today... let’s grow some wings! #happyhumpday 🐪

It’s my rest day but getting my fasted CV in before back to back clients this morning! Separation & veins starting to appear & things are changing quickly! Body is feeling fatigued and this morning was a struggle but it’s done... now to enjoy the rest of the day with my peaches! #happyhumpday 💖 at WTF Gyms

I’m focusing on pause reps and contraction over weight at the moment, keeping everything under tension and really making it burn so I know I’m hitting the correct muscle and not using other muscles simply to try and shift the weight! Lots of slow controlled reps, squeezing and getting the most out of my sessions. .

I can’t lie and say it’s easy but I chose a 14 week slow diet as there are things in life I didn’t want to miss out on, I’ve been on holiday during this time, eaten in a surplus for one of the 7 weeks & I have lots of lovely plans over the next 6 weekends that will include having drinks and some off plan food. This way has definitely worked best, no drastic changes to my diet or training: Initial dietary change was a 400 cal decrease in calories in the form of fats and protein & upped my carbs high than they’ve ever been! No change to my training until last week where we added in an extra 60 minutes cardio... 🤞🏼 it’s gone well so far... I will keep working and making myself accountable until the end goal is reached! #transformationtuesday #7weeks #dieting at WTF Gyms
Gonna push through this week before filling out over the weekend - new diet plan so hopefully things will change pretty quick over the next few weeks... on my way back to that 23 inch waist! #trusttheprocess 👌🏼

Awesome session with @arknutrition today @strengthasylum - going over technique work, new exercises to incorporate in to my leg days to really help my hamstring & Glute development - What was even better is that I have been allocated my first refeed 😆 which means next Sunday... it’s pizza time! 🍕😍🎉 This is my first week on carb cycling - lower and higher calorie days mixing up higher fats & carbs and adjusting protein... Food is prepped, roll on Monday! 💪🏼 #getit #allnikeeverything
