Loving our Saturday morning cardio sessions @wtf.training πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ This morning consisted of: 5 minute fast paced run 40:20 KB circuit x3 - Swings Squat & press Tricep extensions Swings 10 calorie Row KB Circuit 2: 15 reps each x3 Sit ups (15) Leg raises (15) Russian twist (20) Plank dumbbell drag (20) So cardio is done! βœ… back to the gym later for a full upper body session with the girls πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ #sicksaturday! #girlswholift #cardio #fatloss #healthy #happy
