Doing what I can ๐Ÿ˜Œ I usually have a whole weeks worth of training planned but at the moment itโ€™s waking up each day and seeing how my body feels, today I did 20 minutes Hill walking followed by some leg circuits... I was surprised how much I got out of this! Itโ€™s not easy working round injuries but as long as you know what your body is capable of without pushing too hard you can still work around small injuries - Im sticking to the guidance of my chiropractor & not pushing weights up at all! Still managing to get a good sweat on... Iโ€™m not trying to lose weight at the moment, not trying to build muscle... just reminding myself that I love training and enjoying what I can do and feeling grateful I can do small amounts ๐Ÿ˜Š at WTF Gyms

Staying in bed all morning & eating sandwiches all afternoon results in a after hours gym session @wtf.training ๐Ÿฅช . . But boyyyyyyy it was worth it... training isnโ€™t my priority right now, well, cause I canโ€™t train ๐Ÿคฃ but Iโ€™m going to work on my fitness levels whilst Iโ€™m out of the game on weights. . . Mentally this break is actually doing my mind set really well, I said yesterday I believe whatever happens bad or good was. Always going to be part of your plan, and this set back happened for a reason ๐Ÿ’ฏ Come back pending... โฑ
