Tad bit cold out, but it’s always warm in the sun. Beautiful riding day! at St. Pete Beach, Florida

Quick refueling before the sun goes to sleep for the night. at Manatee, Florida

It’s important to never forget from whence you came. Taking a few moments to celebrate the tiny moments in life with @randsnell . Flying over St. Pete at sunset in a ‘70 Beech Baron. Thank you.

Sooooo close! We’re getting there, Jake. We’re getting there in the most effed up path. But we’re getting there... at Chicago O'Hare International Airport

Preflighting when it’s cold as balls outside ✔️ Not dressing properly for 30-degree weather ✔️ Thankful to have the opportunity ✔️✔️✔️ you’ll never find me complaining this job. at Wisconsin

Obligatory ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) written score report post... “Halfway there” is a bit skewed on time scale due to other parts of training before the checkride. However this written report and the checkride are what’s needed to become an airline pilot!

Got to #avgeek out yesterday in ATL. Jake’s confessions: I used to flight sim ALL the time as #delta virtual airlines in MD-88’s, DC-3’s, 757’s, 747’s and 737’s. Good friend, @mosky92 was part of it too. While they’re not quite as big yet, it’s pretty surreal to go from a simple joystick, computer, online ATC, and virtual planes to the yoke of a real CRJ... at Delta Flight Museum

Dum dum dum...! Flight simming is about to get taken to a whole new level.

Hand flying the Beast around FL a few days ago with Captain @randsnell and a special cabin crew shoutout to @celtic_flyer2 at Gulf of Mexico

Shoutout to @southwestair for the safe flight back home (PDX-MCO) 2 weekends ago. Absolutely beautiful view from FL370. #Luv the view

Seen my last sunset in PDX for a while. It’s been an absolute blast. However, it’s time to go home. I’ve learned how to stick to my guns, met a family of friends, and been given opportunities greater than I could have planned for. ✌️ till next time... at Portland, Oregon

Finally got to check out the Ape Cave at Mt St Helens with the Portland boys! Pitch black with headlamps, dripping water, scaling 8 foot walls, and climbing over intense rock falls was quite the adventure. at Mt. St Helens Ape Caves

Made it to Deadwood, SD where they’ve preserved the ‘ole Wild West feel. Drove through Sturgis as well... just a bit after Bike fest though. So neat to have these opportunities. at Deadwood, South Dakota

If you notice, the color is a bit “off” in this picture. But it’s not the camera. The left (east) side of the ridge had a fire ravaging it’s slopes not more than a month or two ago - You may notice a solid red line of fire retardant on the right (western) edge of the ridge as well - While it does renew the soil and encourage new growth, it destroys natural beauty and mars the atmosphere with smoke. at Yellowstone National Park

Today on Centurion Adventures... took off out of the Portland area which was IFR ☁️ in the valley. Eventually found ourselves over the high desert and coming into The Dalles ☀️ just absolutely stunning scenery... tried to do them justice with pictures but couldn’t. Love it ♥️ at Columbia Gorge Regional Airport

Most of the time I’m in the right seat. And it’s funny because we sometimes forget, as instructors, what it’s like to be in the hot seat with someone else watching over our shoulders. Thanks to @nwavgeek for the 📸 and being my safety pilot for proficiency. at Salem, Oregon

It’s go-home day back to Portland in this sweet T210M! at Stanley, North Dakota
