Today is the first day of the new year (Lunar new year, Tết or Chinese new year). Yesterday we saw the firework in the city center, we was sitting at 8th floor with a perfect view over Saigon River. I knew that shooting pictures of firework isen’t that easy and one of the thing to be aware of is to be sure to get as much of the sky as possible, and here I had a problem, I didn’t have my tripod and the only place to have the camera was at the table under the roof. And the roof would be a problem for the view. After the firework I shortly look at some of the pictures at the camera, and I wasn’t satisfied. But after getting them to the pc, I do think that I Can be proud of the shots anyway - eventhough the firework is cropped.
