Lately my workouts have been subpar, whether its I don't have enough energy to push the weight I know I can or I don't feel like working out.
Today I'm trying a new program, and after a 3 hour leg workout I feel pumped and excited about working out again.
Sometimes you just gotta mix things up to light that flame!!

So the other day I had a really off leg workout, my right knee felt super tight, as if it was about to pop. I've sprained my wrist doing who knows what lol
So I'm going to take off the next three days from the gym to give my body a break and hopefully everything feels refreshed. In that time also I'll do some yoga to stretch out my kinks and also enjoy the end of #pride in Toronto!! 😁😁
I've been getting shitty sleep this week, I have a slight sprian in my left wrist and work was draining today but I still mustard up the energy to go to the gym! It's my time to work on myself and improve. Took 30 minutes before had to do some yoga I learned from a friend and my workout turned out fantastic!! If its important to you, you'll find a way, you'll make time!

New program calls for 8-12 reps 😧😣 This was pretty challenging for me since I haven't done more than 6 reps on squat in who knows how long lol, my legs felt a little unstable, but I that's what happens when you aim for 12 reps for every set.

A smooth 315!! 😎😎 I was supposed to work with 80% of my last tested max but I was like BUMP THAT let's go higher lol. I had the energy so why not!!
