If you burn 2,300 calories, for instance, with your workout included, just eat less than 2,300 calories. Obviously the closer you are to that mark the slower your progress will be. I FEEL good. Iโ€™m HEALTHY. And having lived through postpartum anxiety before, I knew I couldnโ€™t just wallow in it.
