One of my all time favorite snacks! Avocado and low fat cottage cheese 😋 I eat 1 whole avocado at least three days a week! People seem to get hung up on the high fat (15 grams of healthy fat) but it’s healthy fat not bacon fat! Big difference! Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium than bananas, they are loaded with heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids and fiber. Only two net carbs and 160 calories for a whole avocado. First run on vacation I managed 5.6 miles. My right leg felt good and I past by a lot of excited Kentucky fans pre game. Yesterday I kept it light with 2 miles and the Georgia and Michigan State fans were sad saying there brackets we all messed up now lol! Today I’m going to run Forest Gump style. I think I’m just going to keep running and running until I don’t want to run anymore...then I’ll have my Dad drive and pick me up😹 wonder how many miles I can get in? My guess is 6! Your extra calories are in the pre mix. They can have up to 600 calories in one baby. Oh no! I stay away from ALL pre mixed regular margaritas. Scallops with sautéed onions. I added a little kale but honestly I really love this dish with just onions under scallops. In the past I’ve used butter and brown sugar to caramelize my onions but now I use cinnamon in place of the sugar to give it that sweet taste but make it healthier. I still use butter. This is one of the only dishes I can’t use olive oil in its place. Just doesn’t taste the same at alll! The sweetness paired with the scallops is delicious! Scallops are low in calorie and high protein! If you haven’t made them before don’t be afraid! Heat skillet medium to medium high with olive oil and cook for 3 minutes on each side. #scallops #healthy #fitness at Lexington, Kentucky

Today was a great day! Taught classes...worked on meal plans and then roller skated for 2 hours with my daughter 😆 some pros were there but we held our ground!
