This space is the sweetest of all because it brings me peace and clarity amongst the crazy that is life. This week, one of my @barre3 instructors asked a question that fell on my heart like a ton of bricks. “Is the talk in your head serving you?” I felt so much weight in that simple question because lord knows we are all victim to the endless talk in our heads. Insecurities, unworthiness, jealousy, dislike, negativity - the list goes on and on. I am guilty of falling victim to the negative talk in my head. Most days I let it consume my being; I get lost in it. It’s easy, really easy actually. But how much more rewarding and beautiful would it be for me to intentionally turn that talk into positivity, empowerment, worthiness and love. So today as I stretch on my gorgeous balcony, I’m clearing my head of the negative and intentionally bringing it beauty. No more weeds and lots more blooms - ‘cause it’s spring, and I deserve it! So do you, a million times through. #springclearing at West Seattle, Seattle
My favorite thing about camping? Eating like the Queen of England with just a baby stove. at Beverly Beach State Park
Currently editing through video footage from this trip last week and I already want to go back. There’s so much history in these trees! at Avenue of the Giants
This photo is not from today because the sickness is so real. But it’s mostly just an appreciation post for a big ol’ pup that doesn’t leave my side. at West Seattle, Seattle
It’s the Monday after spring break - we all deserve a 🍩 the size of our face.
Just finished hiking Misery Ridge and I’m pretty sure Smith Rock is what outdoor dreams are made of. I stopped nearly every five minutes to say, “Holy sh*t, this is so cool.” Has anyone else been here before? 😍🙌🏼 at Smith Rock State Park
Casually standing on a natural bridge over the Pacific Ocean. Try and tell me there’s something more beautiful than the Pacific Northwest. I’ll give you a million reasons why it’s the most perfect place on the planet. at Natural Bridges Coves

Sun beams for 25! It seems to me there’s a lot more bills to pay and very prominent under eye bags at 25, but LIFE IS HAPPENING and I’m not going to trade it for anything. I’m going to do a lot more of this 👆🏼in my 25th year. #birthdayyay at West Seattle, Seattle
What is the first day of spring in Seattle without a cherry blossom in full bloom? 😍 at West Seattle, Seattle
“to be soft is to be powerful.” -rupi kaur
I find myself feeling more and more pulled by kaur’s writings these days. Like this one ☝️- power and simplicity in seven words. at Bainbridge Island Ferry Terminal
All of the sun and off work early? Bless you, Friday. at Burien Press
Today we walked out and set 17 biodegradable doves free to say “enough.” We will not live in fear. #nationalschoolwalkout at Burien, Washington
I went sans raincoat today because I was overly optimistic after the 70 degree day yesterday. My hair is wet and my shoe choice probably wasn’t the best, but the rain won’t dull my day ‘cause I know all of the Seattle plants are singing! Tuesday’s feel more treacherous than Monday’s to me most of the time, so I often have to find simple joys in this day - like wearing my party pants and the rain being a positive. I might have to work till 8pm tonight, but JOY cause I have a job!! at Burien Press
This is fueling me today. #internationalwomensday
