ANKLE joint is a connection between foot and lower leg. Thus leading to difficulty in everyday physical movements. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thus it’s very important to work on mobility of joints. So here are few asanas which will help in increasing the ankle mobility. Staying at home whole day just try something new. Why stick to old form of Chaturanga, try something new. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Give these variations a try, it’s exhausting so start with less counts and gradually increase it.

Increase ᴛʀɪᴄᴇᴘ Strength ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Though tricep is one of the small muscle group in our body, it adds an major role in increasing the strength of the shoulders and arms. It lessens the weight on wrist and palms. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ▪️Moving from palms to forearms in plank and Downward dog will help to work on Tricep muscle. ▪️But try to move both the hands simultaneously, it’s ok if you are unable to reach completely down. ▪️You can bend knees for added support. ▪️Do just 3-5 times in beginning and take breaks. Once the muscle is not new to the movement it gets better and it’s more functional. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do give these variations a try and feel your TRICEPS 💪🏻.

Use Yᴏɢᴀ/Fᴏᴀᴍ ʀᴏʟʟᴇʀs - To reduce the stiffness in lower back or upper back. - To release the tension in calf or hamstrings. - To massage quads, neck, spine and feet. - Also to increase the arm and core strength by rolling and lifting our body over it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I use this relaxing roller post my workout to relieve the soreness in muscles. This is inexpensive and easily available on @amazondotin . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Try to relax these rollers to massage your body and feel the difference in muscle soreness.
