You know who I’m talking about… the one who somehow can predict the future time and says things like: I’ll start next week…things will be better...I’ll start this this and this next month…things will settle down....When the kids are back in school, I’ll be ready…When the semester is over, I’ll start..….I’ll start on Monday…. ... The answer? You can’t. How many times have you said something similar and your future self always seems to back out, only to make another promise for the future? Believe me, I’ve been there and I know I can’t trust her, can you?! Something else always seems to comes up pushing that wanna be priority to the side. Right? That perfect time you think is going to be there, isn’t. And trying to tell yourself things will be different next week, next month or down the road to talk yourself out of the right now....it won’t be different. That’s why you just need to act. ... What you have is the time you’re given now, RIGHT NOW. That is the self you need to learn to listen to. If the thought is there and you know you want it, whatever IT is, just go for it. If you’re saying Monday, next week, WHATEVER, stop.✋ ... When you stop making promises with your future self and start taking ACTION now, THAT’S when change happens, that’s when you become unstoppable. . . It was coach pay day today and we have been determined to soak up every last bit of our SUMMER. ☀️ James is officially back to work next week and the “tag you’re it” chaos begins again!! So it was a day of treating the fam for one last summer adventure- it was off to Darien Lake!! 🎢 Turns out it was actually national rollercoaster day too— which I fully enjoyed by holding all the bags and hanging in the lazy river. Nailed it!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 The thrill seekers had a great time!!! 🙃🙃 ... I gotta say, it’s been such a fun summer and our family was been able to do so many fun things this year & have been able to take guilt free mini trips that we would have never been able to do before. Sometimes I stop and think about where we’d be if I hadn’t started doing this one hour a day side gig....I know that “fun list” we made at the beginning of the summer would only have 1 MAYBE 2 things checked off. And I know for a fact we would still be stuck, struggling and definitely wouldn’t be taking any fun getaways. I feel so grateful every.single.day I followed my heart and just went for it— I’m so grateful for all the amazing possibilities this opportunity has brought into my life and especially thankful for all the smiles it’s been able to put on my kiddos faces. It makes me smile. 💗💗 ... Maybe it was the Bieber shirt.💁🏼‍♀️ Maybe it was the double scoop of the get up and go I chugged.🙃 But I had the bright idea to up my weights for the shoulder flys that- at week ONE- I started at just 5 pounders. #progress These suckers are so HARD for me. I told myself WHAT IF I just TRIED to go a bit heavier, test it out a bit. JUST TRY IT.🤟🏽 It was hard, but it’s suppose to be!!! You can’t be afraid to push yourself, to try something new, to accept a new challenge. Don’t fear that! You should be more afraid to do nothing and stay in the exact.same.place. Every week we are getting stronger, every week we are pushing ourselves just a little bit harder. I can’t believe we are already 5 weeks into this program and the changes we are feeling!!! I have to say, I have done a lot of workouts, this is my FAVORITE so far. Short, sweet, to the point and fits into my crazy schedule!!! 😍😍😍 - Getting healthy can be tough, getting fit can be a struggle....but it’s easier when you don’t have to do it alone!!! Join US!! I can’t believe my team retreat is less than a month away!!! I CAN NOT WAIT to hang poolside in an Orlando mansion with my TEAM in just a few short weeks!!!! We don’t see each other nearly enough, but when we do, WE GO BIG!!!!🥂🥂 . It’s a weekend full of laughs, margaritas, learning, community and a place to grow in friendships, skills and leadership!!! I just sent out the agenda to the coaches I’m planning on spoiling for all their hard work, dedication to helping others and success!!! My nutrition secret? Well it’s not really a secret. 🌱 . Sometimes people give shakes a bad rep because they “don’t want to drink their food” or they “aren’t a shake person”. I get it, I used to think the SAME THING. Until I TRIED IT and realized this gives me all the nutrition I need, fills in all my nutrition gaps I can’t possibly get with my food, caters to my digestive issues and tastes like a peanut butter cup. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 . I love to chew my food too, and I chew a lot of that too, but I also like fueling my body with tons of superfoods, pre/probiotics and vitamins and secretly disguising it in the form of a quick, easy, no brainer chocolatey milk shake. This is one meal I never need to think about. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 . 4 years later, I’ve never looked back. Shake up your life a little bit.

Someone asked me, WHY do you keep sharing your workouts, we get it. Insert a slight 🙄 THIS is WHY Mr #wiseguy… 👉🏽Because RIGHT NOW, there may be a new mama who is crying because she’s frustrated they can’t lose the baby weight, just like I was. I have a solution for her. 👉🏽RIGHT NOW, there may be a mom who is struggling getting to the gym with their kids. 👉🏽RIGHT NOW, there may be someone spending hours at the gym, not seeing any results and is getting tired of wasting time going through the same motions. 🤟🏽RIGHT NOW, there may be someone who is looking for a bigger purpose in their life and want to feel fulfilled in their job. 🤟🏽RIGHT NOW, there may be someone who is struggling to make ends meet and knows how much an extra $200 a month (or a week) can help their current situation by doing something they may be already doing every day ANYWAY. 👊🏽RIGHT NOW, there may be someone working long, crazy, exhausting shifts and has no idea how they are going to find time for their own fitness. 👊🏽RIGHT NOW, there may be someone who feels so trapped by counting calories and restricting foods that its sucked all the joy out of their journey and know they will wind up quitting bc it’s just not sustainable. I have a solution for that. 👊🏽RIGHT NOW, there may be someone looking on who sees what an amazing community we’ve created, is tired of doing it alone and wants to be part of an inspiring, positive, motivating group of women who will root them on every step of the way. YES, I have a solution to that. . Shall I go on? Because I will! 💗💗 So that’s why. I know how much this has changed all aspects of my life and I’d be so selfish if I didn’t share what has changed my life physically, emotionally, financially….so HECK YEA I’m going to keep sharing it, because RIGHT NOW that person looking on may FINALLY see how that simple YES will CHANGE their life too. . That moment during your 12 hour shirt where you look at your 2 week nursing paycheck- (I never do bc it never changes and I was actually checking to see how much vacation I had😉)- and you realize what you make in 2 weeks as a nurse, you bring home in ONE WEEK as a coach!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 . I had to sit for a minute and let that sink in. Talk about having a moment of perspective. . Work as a coach busting my butt for an hour or so a day from HOME, in my pjs, when I want, where I want, loving every single second of it getting healthy, helping others, paying it forward and earning an income that now EXCEEDS my 2 week income working as a nurse working long, exhausting crazy hours, feeling exhausted & drained when I come home on top of missing holidays, weekends, time with my family..... . What would you choose?! 🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️ . Don’t get me wrong, I still have a lot of work to do and I’m busting my butt, but GUYS, I THINK THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!! 🎉🎉🎉 . I share this because 1️⃣ I’M PUMPED and absolutely LOVE what I’m doing and 2️⃣ I know there are other people out there JUST LIKE ME who are looking for another way, who want to spend more time with their kids & family, work from HOME, have flexibility with their schedule, work part time with full time income all by sharing their passion for health, fitness and pay it forward to others and 3️⃣ I want you to know WHAT IS POSSIBLE and I’d be a jerk if I didn’t share what is possible for YOU TOO. . Tomorrow is the big day! I have a group of 40+ people READY to begin -or continue on with- their journey to feeling their best! 🎉🎉 - As I sit here this morning before heading into work, I’m reading the goals that people have posted….they seriously give me the goose bumps. 🤗🤗 And when I see on a scale of 1-10 that they are a 10 in reaching those goals, IT FIRES ME UP BECAUSE little do they know they have the ENTIRE package to success right in front of them!!!👏🏻👏🏻MOTIVATION, SUPPORT, ACCOUNTABILITY, WORKOUTS, SIMPLE NUTRITION, RECIPES and a TRIBE OF WOMEN on the same journey as them cheering them on every step of the way- no matter what chapter they are coming in on!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️🦄🦄🦄 - I want to.... 👉🏽Lose weight 👉🏽Feel better about myself 👉🏽Clean up my nutrition 👉🏽Summer treats have taken over my nutrition 👉🏽Get more energy to keep up with my kids 👉🏽Establish a back to school routine 👉🏽Be a healthy example for my family and children 👉🏽I’m tired of feeling so blah….. - DONE DONE AND DONE! ✅✅✅ I gotcha girlfriends….Let’s do this!!! It was slow moving in our house this am! 💤 Late night at the baseball game meant tired little monkeys and sleeping in for all!! 🙌🏻 ... It was suppose to be day 2 of 3 rest and recover days in my workout program BUTTTTT it’s a beautiful 62* sunny Saturday morning and it was screaming GO FOR A SHAKE OUT RUN while the rest of the world sleeps! ... However, that shake out run mayyyyy have turned into a 5 miler. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It was so hard to stop with the sun shining, cool air, tunes blasting and feeling so strong!! It was perfect running weather plus running makes my heart and my head happy!! ... Time for some blueberry fit pancakes, coffee, family time and putting the finishing touches on my summer strong group kicking off Mondayyyy! Sounds like a nice little Saturday to me!!! . After 2 days of being thrown for a loop and taking it easy, we are BACK to our regular scheduled programming TODAY!! 🙌🏻 Can’t keep me down for long!!! ... And if you saw how much food I ate yesterday, you’d know I’m more than ready for this 27 minute leg workout this morning! The tank is FULL!!! I should dominate this sucker!!! 27 minutes. THATS IT!! Do you have 27 minutes? I betcha do. ... New group is starting on MONDAY!! I’m home. Awake. Fed. Wooziness is wearing off. That was one heck of a nap. Those drugs have come a long way since the very first one I ever had many many years ago. Woooweeeeee. . All went well! Sent some routine biopsies but my doc said my UC is actually in complete REMISSION!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 🎉🎉🎉 See ya in a year! ✌🏼 Keep doing what I’m doing and just keep trucking right along with the same lifestyle!! . Hi, my name is Mackenzie. 👋🏼 A not so fun fact about me that you may not know is I have had ulcerative colitis for 20 years now. Living with UC or any kind of digestive issue SUCKS and it's always a guessing game on when it'll decide to show up at your doorstep to annoy you and take you out of commission. Thankfully it has been very well controlled and I’ve only had a handful of major flares over the last few years. 🙌🏻 . I give a lot of credit to learning and controlling the major triggers of STRESS through exercise, keeping myself grounded, avoiding negativity and making positive lifestyle changes. I whole heartedly believe that feeding my body clean, whole foods, my daily dose of dense nutrition has significantly improved my digestion and helped ease and later eliminate the symptoms of UC. A healthy gut is a happy gut, right? . I know I be been quiet today. Today has been my prep day for a colonoscopy tomorrow aka obnoxious colon blow aka eat only jello and bouillon aka sit outside while your parents eat dinner inside telling yourself you can’t even smell the food and probably doesn’t even taste good either. I’m not even hungry anyway. . But the good news is I got to spend the afternoon catching up with my mom. 💗 Sometimes you just need your mama. I’m not gonna lie, I get super nervous and get so anxious about all the what if’s. . So if you have some good vibes to send, send ‘em this way. 😘😘

Once upon a time my fitness goal was to be 115 pounds, wear a size 0 and be thin…NOT muscular because that would mean “manly”. I thought eating healthy meant restricting calories, cutting out all the foods I loved, surviving on jelly sandwiches, rice and no calorie, low fat, sugar free chemical filled food. And I saw exercise as a 1 hour intense cardio chore. The real problem here? I thought once I hit those goals, pretend that this was “healthy”, I’d be happy with myself, that I’d have confidence. 🤭 . Well once upon another time, it happened. I hit that crazy goal. Back in the day, I lost the weight, but I was miserable. Thin and miserable. I still picked myself apart, wasn’t confident, but hey, I fit into that smaller size temporarily. It didn’t stick though. #shocker . Flash forward to another once upon a time- the final chapter, once upon a time. I could care less about how much I weigh ✌🏼 I weigh close to 140, I buy clothes according to how I feel, I don’t get caught up in the number because not all size 6’s are made the same and I’m PROUD to be strong and muscular. The kicker? How I know I’m doing it right? I feel more confident than ever….doing things the right way, the way that makes me happy and leaves me still enjoying this journey 4 years later. I fuel my body with an abundance of calories, food is no longer seen as the enemy, I lift weights, I do cardio, I workout for 30 minutes and I LOVE IT. 🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️ My focus is my health- physical, mental and emotional. Plain and simple. NO reason to over complicate it, just doing what works for me. And I KICK myself time and time again for WASTING all those years doing it all wrong. #liveandlearn . SET GOALS, FIND A WAY TO MOVE YOUR BODY, LEARN HOW TO FUEL YOUR BODY WITH PROPER NUTRITION, FIND POSITIVE PEOPLE ON THE SAME JOURNEY WHO WILL SUPPORT YOU AND KEEP REMINDING YOU WHAT YOU’RE FIGHTING FOR....that is what builds CONFIDENCE! 🦄 . Started the day with someone telling me I had a huge clump of toothpaste in my hair. #hotmess . Followed with my patient going for a walk this afternoon and deciding they just didn’t want to come back. Ever. Umm OK, byyyeee?! 🤷🏼‍♀️ ✌🏼 . Came home to these beautiful 🌻 flowers from my hubby on my desk! For my kick ass team hitting huge goals last week, all the new coaches joining our tribe, the success & results of my test group and as a reminder that all the hard work is 1000% worth it. 😍😍 Made me smile. It means so much to me to have my hubby on board and his support in what I do. Everything I do is always for us, for our family, for our future, for our freedom, for our flexibility and for our happiness!! It’s coming, boo!! 😘😘 .
