Weekly weigh in accountability post. I've had some frustrating weigh ins lately. I've been on track for weeks with no results at the scale to a 1 lb gain. However I have bought smaller clothes again. So I've been trying not to be a slave to my scale. I'm very happy with my results today -2.4 lbs bringing me to a total of -86.6 lbs.😊
Lunch is 0SP chili with 2SP of extra sharp cheddar and 0SP non fat yogurt. A very filling 2SP lunch.
My first time making a lighter version of Chicken Piccata over rice. Yum! 7SP

#facetofacefriday Today versus 3 years ago. The difference of 85lbs. It's been a real struggle lately but seeing reminders like this keep me going.

No weigh in for me today. We got 5 inches of snow last night and school's closed. French toast with sugar free syrup 2SP, bacon 2SP and 1 egg 0SP. A total of 4SP for breakfast.
I had a fun afternoon crafting with my friends. I made this cute Easter wreath.Keep your hands busy so you don't eat 😉.I made hot wing chicken 0SP but did eat a tiny piece of delicious cake.
I made a pizza using the 2 ingredient dough. I need to tweak the bake time a bit. Not too shabby for 7SP though.

3SP for this delicious shrimp scampi that I threw together. Spaghetti squash saves me so many points.
Turkey, turkey, turkey! 🦃 I roasted up a turkey breast for the big snow storm and now I'm finishing it off. Homemade turkey soup and a turkey salad sandwich for lunch. 7SP for lunch.
