She's TWO! Our little girl turns two today! While preparing her nursery I came across an adorable macrame bunting (likely on pintrest) and thought "I could totally make that" That little project sparked something in me! If you scroll way back you'll find that bright yellow bunting. I would like to think I've come a little ways since, both in macrame and as a mom! Happy Birthday sweet Vivienne!
Now available. New Crescent Moon Earings! Available in Pink, Mustard, Terracotta, Black and Pearl. .
They are listed in our Etsy shop or DM to purchase. at Edmonton, Alberta

I've been a little quiet around here. Finding it more and more difficult to be on social media without loosing sleep. July is approaching quickly and it has been a hard month for me for the past few years. As some of you know I lost my Dad to Cancer 5 yrs ago. This is written not to concern any one but I have been to the doctors and we found a mass/ lump in my left breast. I'm choosing to take the "it's nothing to worry about until it's something to worry about" approach but even still it's been tough carrying around the "what if" in the back of my mind this past week. I have had some blood work done and next is the ultrasound /mammogram on July 9th. Again I am writing this NOT to concern but as a FRIENDLY REMINDER to get those boobies checked ladies!
When I find out the results I will be sure to share them. Until then I have a ton to look forward to THIS July. We will be traveling to Ontario to my dear friends wedding! I will be hosting my first macrame workshop here in Edmonton (eeep!) And hopefully a couple while in Ontario. I will be reconnecting with family, meeting half brothers for the first time! And of course celebrating the birthday of an almost 2 yr old! Guys! She's almost 2!!! In the mean time we're packing up and camping for the weekend in Saskatchewan.
Please no "omg I'm so sorry Jess" comments bc there isnt anything to be sorry about 😉. Positive vibes always welcome! Enjoy your weekend friends. Be kind, get checked and stay well! at Edmonton, Alberta

A little different from the first three tier chandelier I made. This time with a combed finish but still created entirely out of salvaged scraps from previous projects! at Edmonton, Alberta
Confession! I have a weird love hate thing with wire coat hangers. I love using them to fish unwanted stuff from the drain (it's totally satisfying) and I suppose they were once useful if you locked your keys in your car. Can you even use that trick on newer vehicles? I know I watched my dad succeed at it a few time with our old station wagon when I was a kid. I don't like hanging clothes on them though! Hanging a wet shirt to dry! What it does to the shoulders, forget it! But look here I've found a new appreciation for them! Check out my stories to see them hung as a mobile. Let me know what you think. at Edmonton, Alberta
Simply stunning as always @luna.lindsay wearing our Crescent Moon earings. What a beautiful scene! 📷 @matt.tale
