Nature's Ice Sculpture at Jökulsárlón Glacial Lagoon, Iceland
I took this picture in CAPS at Akranes
John Snow lost his virginity in this cave pt. 2
This beautiful natural hot spring is located near Lake Mývatn and has been used as a bathing spot by locals. The waters in the shimmering cavern are heated by volcanic activity deep in the earth, making it the perfect spot to take a dip in the freezing Icelandic winters.
This beautiful cave makes it's appearance in the Game of Thrones season 3 episode: Kissed By Fire. at Grjotagja Cave

Turns out the Martians have pretty cool houses at Hverfjall

Artistic Vision: Wind at Kolugljúfur
It was super windy at this canyon and I wanted to add the wind to the photo somehow. I decided to use my towel as a wind prop.
It needed to be dried a bit anyways :^). at Kolugljúfur
I hope this picture makes you :) at Glacier Lagoon-Jökulsárlón
Doesn't this picture just look irresistibly fresh? at Jokulsarlon Glacial Lagoon
I didn't know glacial lagoons smelt good until I came here... As @zachtm_ put it, "It smells like a glass of ice water on a hot summer day." Yeah, that's the fragrance, except it was 40° F here- not exactly summer weather😅. at Glacier Lagoon-Jökulsárlón
Found an astronaut's boot prints on Mars! at Reykjahlíð
Holding this pose was fun until I realized how close to the edge of the crater I was at Hverfjall
Seriously shook that I found so many people on Mars. at Reykjahlíð
This is my friend Zach. I met him while swimming at a geothernal pool in Seljadalur Iceland.
We started talking at the pool when he asked if I was from the States. He is from Colorado, my birth state! He told me he'd been solo backpacking for about a day.
I asked him if he had a camera and shortly after we found out that we were both photographers. We were both in Iceland for the same reason: to take as many photos and see as much of the country as possible.
It had been raining on and off throughout the day. Tony (my step father) and I were planning on heading to the Wrecked DC-3 plane in Solheimasandur after the geothermal pool. We invited Zach along for the trip for a dry ride to the site.
After the plane crash we all dicussed places we wanted to visit. It turned out we were both more or less planning on visiting the same locations. We ended up traveling together for the next 3 days. We had a lot of fun and took some great pictures.
Thanks for inspiring me and being such great company Zach. I know you're taking some great shots at this very moment. at Viking Café - Horn
Running away to black sand beaches and volcanic mountains forever😬 at North East Iceland
This shot was taken at the viking cafe near Höfn. A cafe/destination that draws visitors on the premise that an abandoned Vikings movie-set exists on the property. While the movie-set was cool (pictures to come), my favorite things at the location were the horses and mountains. at Northeastern Region
