Workout Wednesday: Family races to warm up, followed by a 15km run including 2x15 minutes @70.3 pace on an undulating road loop. I was still stinging from this mornings VO2 swim set πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ β€’ These type of continuous run workouts are ones that Ive historically struggled with, but are so essential for long distance triathlon racing. Double run day requires optimum recovery strategies, and time management. The RAD Helix is the perfect tool to speed up the process and my youngest son loves to help. Its anatomical shape molds to the contours of my legs to help flush toxins, release muscle tightness and improve my movement.
