So, what the Pacers were hyping up was the fact that they are joining the NBA 2K League. I'm not too familiar with this, so I can't really explain a lot of it to you. It's just a gaming league featuring the Pacers basically. Anyway, I said I would give a shoutout to someone who guessed what the news was. The shoutout goes to @otf_isaiah for guessing correctly!

The NBA has ranked the Pacers as the 7th best team in the league, and ESPN has ranked the Pacers as the 9th best team in the league. Who's ranking was more accurate?

Congratulations, Victor Oladipo for being awarded the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for the 2nd time this season!

Is Darren Collison the most underrated point guard in the NBA? He is averaging the most assists per game of his career and has the 2nd best assist/turnover ratio in the NBA.

The Pacers defeat the Nuggets in overtime! Victor Oladipo had a career-high 47 points. Myles Turner also played great. Thaddeus Young had the game-tying layup to put the game into overtime! Lance Stephenson played great defense down the stretch. Oladipo was getting MVP chants.๐Ÿ˜Great game; hopefully we can keep up the winning streak against Oklahoma City on Wednesday. - Correction: The Nuggets' record should say "14-12" instead of "15-12." Myles Turner also had 24 points, not 20. - Game highlights are in my bio. at Bankers Life Fieldhouse

Halftime. The Pacers started the game off awful, but they climbed back in it late in the 2nd quarter. The Pacers were down by as many as 19 points, but they cut the lead to 7 by halftime. at Bankers Life Fieldhouse

Game Day! The Pacers host the Nuggets at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. We have to capitalize on Nikola Jokic and Paul Millsap being out with injuries. Jamal Murray is questionable for Denver, but he's expected to play. Darren Collison, Bojan Bogdanovic, and Thaddeus Young are all questionable, but they're expected to play. Let's get our 4th straight W.๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ€ - Correction: Darren Collison won't play tonight. Cory Joseph will start in his place. - Injury List: (IND) Glenn Robinson III (out, ankle rehab) Darren Collison (out, sore knee) Bojan Bogdanovic (questionable, sprained ankle) Thaddeus Young (questionable, sore thigh) - Injury List: (DEN) Jamal Murray (questionable, calf tightness) Paul Millsap (out, sore wrist) Nikola Jokic (out, sore ankle) at Bankers Life Fieldhouse

The trio of Victor Oladipo, Bojan Bogdanovic, and Thaddeus Young currently has a higher net rating than the trio of Russell Westbrook, Paul George, and Carmelo Anthony.

Should the Pacers give our last roster spot to Alex Poythress? He's currently on a two-way contract. To me it's a no-brainer. The Pacers have been running an 8-man rotation for most of this season. Obviously, the Pacers' can't continue to run an 8-man rotation. They have no backup small forward at the moment. Poythress is a 6'7, 238-pound small forward/power forward with a 7'0 wing span. The Pacers desperately need wing defense. Victor Oladipo is a great defender when it comes to defending guards, but he can't defend these elite small forwards with his lack of size and strength. I've seen Nate McMillan put Thaddeus Young on some top-notch small forwards, but he's not quick enough to consistently guard them. I'm not saying that Poythress is going to lock down LeBron James, Kevin Durant etc., but he looks like our best option right now. Think of this: as of right now, the Pacers would face the Milwaukee Bucks in the first-round of the Playoffs if it started today. You think they would get away with having Bojan Bogdanovic guard Giannis Antetokounmpo? Having Bogdanovic guard these elite small forwards may slide in the regular season, but the Playoffs is a different animal. Yes, I'm aware that when Glenn Robinson III comes back, he will help tremendously with our lack of wing/small forward defense, but Poythress is an inch taller and has a longer wing span. AP is putting up roughly 20 points per game and 9 rebounds per game in his last 4 games with the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Also, even once Robinson III comes back I would love to see Poythress get some backup power forward. Adding Poythress would give us more variety, as the Pacers could either play TJ Leaf or Poythress depending on what they need. Alex would add athleticism, defense, versatility, and depth to Indiana's roster. Then, the Pacers' could throw multiple defenders on players like Giannis Antetokounmpo, such as Victor Oladipo, Glenn Robinson III, Alex Poythress, and Thaddeus Young. All I know is that having Bogdanovic guard some of these small forwards isn't gonna cut it long-term. Once again, I realize Robinson III will be returning soon, but Poythress may be a better matchup on defense on some occasions.

The Pacers snap the Cavaliers' 13-game winning streak! I had a really good feeling about this game. Victor Oladipo balled out as usual. The Pacers are now 2-0 against the Cavs this season.๐Ÿ˜ณ - Game highlights are in my bio. at Bankers Life Fieldhouse

Domas Sabonis is averaging 5.1 more rebounds this season than last season. That's the biggest improvement in rebounds per game from anyone in the NBA. He's also leading the Pacers in rebounds per game with 8.7 in only 25 minutes per game. ๐Ÿ€

G A M E D A Y! This is a game that I've been looking forward to. The Pacers take on the red-hot Cavaliers today. The Cavs have won 13-straight games (๐Ÿ˜ฌ). Can the Pacers end their winning streak? - Injury List: (IND) Glenn Robinson III (ankle rehab) - Injury List: (CLE) Iman Shumpert (knee effusion) Derrick Rose (bone spur [ankle]) Tristian Thompson: (strained calf) Isaiah Thomas: (hip rehab) at Bankers Life Fieldhouse

Happy Birthday, Larry Bird! Larry Bird was the President of Pacers' Basketball Operations for years until he stepped down prior to the 2017-2018 NBA Season. He even won a Coach of the Year award with the Pacers in 1998, and an Executive of the Year with award the Pacers in 2012.

The Pacers storm back from down as many as 19 to win it! Victor Oladipo hit a 3-pointer with 30 seconds left to put the Pacers ahead by 1 point! Oladipo then hit a free-throw late in the game, and then the Bulls couldnโ€™t tie it or take the lead. Great game! - Game highlights will be in my bio tomorrow. at Bankers Life Fieldhouse
