Much appreciate the help of students Arfa Mubeen and Fajar Ajmal. Special thanks to Zoya Ishaq for supporting this session from inception.

I found this chart quite informative. So many not so obvious pointers to bear in mind when conducting our any relationship in our lives.

Our second session of the #LahoreLectures2017 was given at Fountain House-Institute for Mental Health. Lisa addressed and interacted with medical staff and volunteers who make up the bulk of the workforce. Many thanks to Atif Tufail for arranging and all who were so welcoming to myself and Lisa - especially the members of this community who so touched our hearts with their curious but such friendly approach.

This, the ultimate of traumas in children. Rejection from a mother is crippling beyond belief, a knife embedded in the heart.

Pain exists & for children it is beyond their means to understand it. It is up to adults/carers to understand, intervene and therefore, help
