1/7. Sunshine Canyon makes you earn the view but rewards you with something new every time. The slightest shift in light reveals different layers in an ever-changing landscape. @kevinscottbatchelor

With a week to go until the start of the RCC Summit in Boulder our next rider takeover is spearheaded by a Boulder local. Some of you may be familiar with @kevinscottbatchelor who has shot for Rapha and documented the Morton brothers and their crew throughout the Thereabouts series. "To me, the RCC is a place I know I can go to be greeted by warm smiles and hot coffee before heading out for a ride with friends, new and old."

RCCLA has been part of the cycling club's story since the beginning. We're delighted that the chapter now has a permanent home at our new LA Clubhouse. Rapha Los Angeles can be found at 1347 4th St, Los Angeles, CA 90401. Join us for rides, events and more.

6/6. Tribute rides featured heavily as part of riding with the London chapter this year. Milan San Remo and Liège Bastogne Liège tribute rides were followed by the Giro100 ride in the Kent hills and ending on Canonbie Road, one of south London's most unforgiving ramps. Thankfully there's a pub not far from the top. @benchatfield #rccldn

5/6. A great place to grab coffee in the morning or before a ride into Essex is @hexcycling in Shoreditch. They make great coffee, organise weekly rides and they share their arch with the amazing @super_domestique who build bespoke bikes and provide workshop and bike fitting services. @benchatfield

4/6. My daily commute takes me through Spitalfields, almost always including a stop at the Rapha Clubhouse for a Cortado. Early morning rides through that part of town in late winter often provide some pretty special scenes too as the sun comes up over the city. @benchatfield

3/6. The access road for Woldingham School on the Kent-Surrey borders in the North Downs is one of my favourites. As part of the National Cycle Network it’s very quiet, beautiful and a welcome respite before you’re thrown back into the surrounding hills that that area is known for. @benchatfield

2/6. Uplands Road is the last, steepest most aptly named climb in a series of streets in Haringey known as the ‘Fingers’. Our spiritual captain, Russ, makes sure they feature regularly on the Wednesday morning rides. @benchatfield

1/6. North London Hills on a Wednesday morning is my favourite ritual. 5.45am meet at the Soho Clubhouse for a 6am depart. Two hours climbing North London’s best (and worst) slopes. 8am arrive back at the Clubhouse for opening. It’s the perfect pivot in the working week. Always necessary to make a ‘gram stop at the top of Ally Pally. @benchatfield

We continue with our RCC member takeover. The latest takeover is hosted by Ben Chatfield from the London chapter of the cycling club. "Very quickly it was apparent that through cycling I was meeting all kinds of fascinating people - outsiders who taught me new skills, languages, codes and modes of etiquette (very similar to art college in fact). That has always continued to be the case. Every season meeting new people, sharing new experiences, and I'm enjoying that more than ever with so many great friends I've met through the club." @benchatfield

South Korea is a land of mountains, with an array of peaks connecting the entire peninsula. RCC members from the Seoul chapter gathered together for a tour of Jirisan to discover the famous climbs in the national park. For more photos from the ride check the link in the bio. 📸@hbfilm

Through fjords to snow capped mountains and gravel tracks in-between. In early August, 11 Rapha Cycling members travelled from Oslo to Åndalsnes for the second iteration of the RCC Raid Norway. RCC member and photographer @mariusnilsen talks us through the journey in the latest RCC Journal entry. Read more using the link in bio. at Norway
