I want to call My fatloss journey done. my goal was 10% and now my bodyfat is around 8%. (77kg➡️70kg, No muscle loss) Actually I am not satisfied with my body. So I want to lose more bodyfat but I am not a bodybuilder and competing any physique or bodybuilding comepetition. So I dont need to do that.
