Coming into the weekend celebrating my little victories. I completed my week 1 of my "pre" SPRING SPRINT challenge. I wanted to start implementing change, and really seeing if I was 100% committed. I know what its like to be excited to start a challenge, and then fall off a week or 2 in... this time I was on point and more determined than ever. I want to feel amazing when I put my bikini on this summer. Here is what I was doing to change my habits: - I am eating for my metabolism. Following the 5x5 rule, DM me if you want to learn more -adding about 20-30 min of cardio in my weight training sticking 110% to my meal plan, no outside tasting or snacking etc. . . Day 1,The transphormstion challenge starts Monday, no excuses... I'm ready to change ..Ive been on every end of the spectrum when it comes to fitness. To super extreme to holy fuck ive lost control.This is my journey to find balance. pic is 2015, I dropped to 107 lbs, hardly ATE a thing, I added weights and usually did 2 workouts a day. I was tired and sick all the time. My body turned on me, I continued to eat very little and started to gain weight, so I did what I thought was best and added more cardio! I have never weighed this much, I have tiimes I bad about myself. Being a person who doesn't stay down for a long time, I have dedicated myself to find balance. I am cleaning up my diet, and eating for my body type not the normal. I am not only going to work harder. But I wi work smarter. I didn't gain or loose weight over night, this was a 4 year change, and it took me almost 2 years to put on the weight I hated, and almost a year to start seeing any change in my body composition . I wanted to do it right this time, change is slow, but my mentality has changed. I will fall in love with process and enjoy each step of my jouney ,and celebrate every little victory. .
