If you want to effectively burn fat, you must  combine proper nutrition and resistance/cardio training. It  takes an understanding of the importance of each. Your nutrition is what fuels your body, resistance training leads  to lean muscle production and cardio helps shred fat.  Once those concepts are understood, you can take your fat loss goals to the next level.... ^ The next level :) what if i told you Proper post workout nutrition is the single biggest piece missing from most peoples training and nutrition, leading to lack of progress and weight loss plateaus . I was a victim as well! i thought i could get away with drinking just a protein shake post workout, but i was only taking care of half of the damage caused from  my training. When we excercise 2 things happen, 1. we deplete stored gycogen 2. we create micro tears/trauma to our muscles.  Yout body will ALWAYS replenish gycogen first.
