Wow y’all... this is why it’s a good idea to take pictures!
The glow up is real this year ... hair is growing, waist is slimming, and that flute playing is getting better 💕
Ya heard?! Meanwhile, @shaunt kicked my butt this morning with the sample workout from his new program.
If you’d like more info about the program and how YOU could be part of an EXCLUSIVE test group, drop me a message in my DM or in the comments 💋💋
It’s not a matter of IF the programs work... it’s more about the effort you put in. You ready ?
Happy Monday y’all! Let’s do our best to stay in competition with ourselves and not other people.
I’m so excited for Shaun T’s new program. If you haven’t heard anything about it or if you want more information on how you can work with him BEFORE the program is released to the public, let’s chat 💕💕
Literally EVERYTHING starts in our heads. I’m adopting a growth mindset meaning that in every obstacle, mistake, setback, there is an opportunity to GROW. We have so much potential in us and we don’t even know it.
So happy to have been able to spend time with my tank 💕💕
Omg this is so good!
1 tsp. olive oil
½ medium red onion chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
4 fresh basil leaves finely chopped
2 medium zucchini
1 Tbsp. basil pesto sauce
6 oz. cooked chicken breast boneless, skinless, sliced, warm
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add onion; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and basil; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until mushrooms release liquid. Set aside.
Using a vegetable peeler, cut each zucchini into lengthwise strips about ⅛ inch thick. Turn zucchini slightly after cutting each strip to work evenly around the outside, stopping when you hit the seeds at the core. Discard cores. Cut slices lengthwise into ½- inch ribbons. Set aside.
Add zucchini to onion mixture; cook over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 2 to 4 minutes, or until heated through.
Add pesto; mix well.
Evenly divide zucchini mixture between two serving plates; evenly top with chicken.
Guilty as charged. There are so many things I WANT to do...so many things I’m interested in.
Can you relate?

Anyone else ready for a positive change ? 🖐 “My potential is greater than my accomplishments” - Grant Cardone
I feel more confident in all arenas and I have to give credit to the consistent effort I’ve been giving to my fitness journey.
THIS TIME LAST YEAR I WAS Burying myself in baggy black clothes. I was staying away from photos. Definitely wouldn’t have shown up in this shirt (@lanebryant )
There’s something about working on yourself, mentally, physically, and emotionally that lifts you up.
There’s something about helping others get back on their two feet, feel confident again, feel like whatever they need and desire is already theirs...fills my cup.
I’m so excited about this journey because my potential is limitless.
Let’s do this together. Let’s get in the best shape of our lives, make the money that we want, and live the way WE desire together.

Here’s a healthier version of lasagna for you- it’s made with spaghetti squash instead of noodles. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
1 small spaghetti squash (approx. 3½ to 4 lbs.)
Nonstick cooking spray
4 cups all-natural marinara sauce
3 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup finely chopped fresh basil (optional)
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Line large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membrane.
Place spaghetti squash, cut side down, on baking sheet. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until tender.
Reduce oven temperature to 350º F.
Scrape spaghetti squash flesh into stringy noodles.
Lightly coat 4-quart baking dish with spray.
Evenly layer half spaghetti squash, half marinara sauce, and half ricotta cheese in baking dish. Repeat with second layer.
Evenly top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 to 32 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Garnish with basil (if desired).
