Tofu & Veggies with Spicy Italian Dressing.
I think this tastes even better the second day. I make a lot so I have lunches/dinners for a few days.
You can choose your favorite veggies, anything goes.
Here's what I used:
Steam veggies that need it, chop everything how you like, mix together, add favorite vegan dressing (I used Spicy Italian).
Cut Tofu into cubes (you don NOT need to press tofu), cook in a hot skillet with a little Italian dressing and cook to desired firmness. Allow to cool.
Gently mix everything together and serve by itself, on top of pasta, rice, quinoa or potatoes.

Homemade Lemon Lime BCAA Slurpees.
Still my favorite way to mix my BCAA's.
Pour it into a Hydroflask or a Yeti and it will stay in the slurpee form for hours. Great for a day at the beach too.
1 scoop Lemon Lime BCAA's from @cmsupplements
A couple handfuls of ice
A few splashes of water.
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until mixture is desired consistency
Also....You could add frozen fruit as well.
You can make popsicles out if this mixture too 😄 #teamconsciousmuscle at Virginia Beach, Virginia
I cannot stop laughing at this, especially the frustration of Wednesday.....we've all been there 😂Artwork by @kaydenhines 🥑

Mocha Protein Tofu Pudding with my homemade raw energy squares.
If it seems like I post this meal a lot, it's because I eat it A LOT💪💚.
1 block silken Tofu
1 scoop protein powder @cmsupplements
2 tablespoons cacao powder (optional)
2 tablespoons maca powder (optional)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or a frozen banana (optional)
Place everything in blender and combine.
Top with your favorites
I topped with my homemade raw energy squares for my healthy yummy fat source (recipe below) .
Raw Energy Squares
4 large bananas mashed (I threw mine in the blender and pureed) OR cooked sweet potatoes will work too
3/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
1/2 Walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup maca powder (optional)
3 cups uncooked Old Fashioned Oats or just enough to make it a little thick.
Just mix together in large bowl
Pour out onto a pan lined with parchment paper and flatten out a little.
Place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
Remove and cut into squares.
Store in freezer in a covered container.
Everything in the energy squares is optional and you can just add all your favorite things. It just needs to be a bit thick to set up nicely.
Have fun with this recipe!!! #teamconsciousmuscle
