Just got back from PT and whipped myself up some scrambled eggs & strawberries for a 0sp snack. WW Freestyle at its finest🤸🏼‍♀️ Also— good news! My physical therapist said I’m doing well so we can stop PT in a few weeks 🙌🏼 Then I can move onto some different workouts... I have some exciting news to share… @WeightWatchers has asked me to become a #WWAmbassador! I am so honored to represent the program that has given me so much over the past three years. Not only have I lost 45 pounds, but I have also gained confidence, learned healthy eating habits, and even made friends along the way. But most importantly, Weight Watchers was there for me through all the months I was immobile because of my back problems. And now that I am almost 4 months post spinal fusion, I am even more grateful for Weight Watchers, because I cannot imagine how much more difficult recovery would have been with all that extra weight! Is it weird that I’ve started planning my @sprouts trips around lunchtime so I have an excuse to order a sandwich 😆 They’re so good & they have so many options! This time I got: • Sweet prairie bread (5sp) • Turkey • Cheddar cheese- they put 2 slices but I took one off (4sp) • Lettuce • Onion • Mustard • Salt & Vinegar kettle chips (4sp)

Today I’m thankful my local Starbucks has a drive-thru 🤣 I tried the reduced-fat turkey bacon & cage free egg white breakfast sandwich for 5sp and it was pretty good! Another solid healthy breakfast option 💪🏼 And of course my usual almond milk latte (3sp) 😋 Happy Sunday!

Guys. I don’t want to jinx anything, but I’m starting to feel kinda back to normal... last night I went on a fast-paced walk at my park, and today I ran errands and ate lunch out 😲 Didn’t even need a rest day between the two outings, lol. Enjoying my favorite for breakfast this morning 🥑 2 slices of @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel bread (4sp) + 3 oz avocado (4sp) + chia seeds, salt, & pepper! 😍 How do you like your avo toast? Sometimes I add a fried egg, or hummus! But usually I stick with plain because it’s simple & delish 😋

If you’re ever in OC and have some weeklies to spare, you MUST try @burntzilla! They have the best sliders & tots evaaaa! I got the PB&J slider & garlic tots— both were incredible & worth the points 🤤 Counting the meal as 23sp, not bad for my lunch & dinner combined. This meal is a clear example of why I LOVE @weightwatchers 👉🏼 There’s so much flexibility to make the plan your own. I NEVER feel derived— I can enjoy the foods I love & stay on plan at the same time. It’s all about #balance baby! ⚖️

Cheesecake Factory two nights in a row because I can!!! And the best part is, I went shopping around the mall with my mom for an hour before this 😲 I’m recovering and I’m absolutely lovinggggg it 😍 — I’m perplexed as to why the Skinnylicious Factory Chopped Salad isn’t in the tracker anymore 🤔 I remember under PP it was 6 points, then it jumped to like 16 points under SP, now it’s vanished 👻 Soooo I guess I’m manually tracking this baby 👇🏼 — • Romaine • Corn • Chicken • Apple • Tomato • 1/2 oz blue cheese (2) • 2 oz avocado (3) • 2 T bacon bits (1) • 2 T low fat vinaigrette (2)

Today was a great day! We went to church this morning, and then Cheesecake Factory after for lunch (my fave) aaaaand I made it through both outings with absolutely no problem with my back 😲 I’m kinda shocked since my birthday was a #fail 🤔 but I attribute it to my major rest day yesterday! Sometimes your body just needs a nice lil’ break ☀️ Enjoy this pic of me & my mama, I had to document the moment since I haven’t successfully eaten out at a restaurant in almost 2 years!!! 🏆

Thanks for all the sweet birthday wishes yesterday! 🎂 I may have been a bit too ambitious with the whole “2 outings” deal, but I did make it out to True Food for a little & got this beautiful Mediterranean salad and a green juice! Shortly followed by an ice cream/cupcake sundae from Sprinkles #balance 🤣

Major #NSV alert: Going on a birthday photo shoot and actually liking all the photos! 🎉 It’s crazy what losing weight will do to your confidence... aaaand a really good photographer (thanks, @shayyryan) 🤪 — At the beginning of the year, I set a goal to be able to eat out at a restaurant for my birthday. A few weeks ago, when recovery was moving slowly, I doubted whether or not it would happen. But I’ve been pushing myself really hard and it’s paying off! And GUESS WHAT. I have plans to go out TWICE today 😲 (feeling ambitious this morning lol). — Today is a no track day, because that’s my philosophy for special occasions! I’m going to enjoy myself with my family, and have fun being outside the house 🤩 I’ll keep y’all updated on how my outings go!!

Weighed in this morning (down 1.4 over 2 weeks🎉) then went to @paninikabobgrill & had brunch with my mom! I almost alwayssss want to choose something sweet & full of carbs (aka pancakes, waffles, french toast🤪) but today I choose a lower point meal since I want to save my weeklies for my birthday weekend! #priorities — I ordered the spinach poach, and this is how I broke it down 👇🏼 • 1 slice bread (3sp) • 1 oz avocado (1sp) • spinach & tomatoes (0sp) • 2 poached eggs (0sp) • 1/2 oz feta cheese (2sp) • balsamic reduction (2sp) • fruit! (0sp) 👉🏼 8sp total and it was amazing! Eating out & staying on plan is 💯 percent possible! at Panini Kabob Grill

Why do I take so long to try things that are recommended on my feed literally every single day? 🤔 Remind me to never do that again!!!! I’ve been missing out BAD on these @thedailydoseofpepper chicken street tacos 🌮 My mom even approves too (and you know she’s super picky). Check out Star’s website for the 💣 recipe. I swapped out the extra thin corn tortillas (my store was out, cause, post-cinco de mayo) for Mission corn street tacos which came out to 4 tacos for 6sp 👉🏼 I added some extra reduced fat shredded cheese (1sp) + lettuce + tomatoes 🍅 They were ahhhh-mazing, of course! 😛 Also- they taste so good (and extra extra crunchy) reheated in the air fryer!! (I did ~7 mins at 380)

#TransformationTuesday: Prom dress edition! 👗 I had been stressin’ about finding a prom dress because I felt like a big blob in the standard long dresses... but luckily I found this one that was short and I actually felt great in it! I recently found it in the back of my closet (it’s practically yellow now 😩) but I love it even more now that I’m down a buncha weight & umm I can actually see my collar bones 🤩 #nsv & transformation packed into one! Anyone else try on/keep old clothes for fun motivation? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Post-workout lunch! Just tried this flavor of @drinkiconic & I’m impressed! I honestly like all of the flavors, but I love that there’s turmeric & ginger in this one (anti-inflammatory heaven 🤩) + getting 2 servings of veggies & probiotics with my @farmandoven bakery bites... this is a match made in heaven! Brunchin’ on this Sunday afternoon ☀️ 4sp Chocolate Peanut Butter protein waffle 👇🏼 • 1 scoop @drinkorgain chocolate protein powder (1sp) • 36g @birchbenders peanut butter pancake mix (3sp) • 1 egg • Mix everything above with some water and cook in a waffle maker or over stove for pancakes • I added 2 tbsp @pb2foods (1sp), strawberry slices, and a bit of sprinkles ✨ • The waffle has more of a cake-like consistency FYI, which is totally fine by me 🤣

It is HOT today in SoCal! So hot that I instantly regretted wearing long leggings on my walk today... but the good news is that I went on a walk! At a normal pace, without a back brace, without terrible back aches & pains (until the very end 🤣) ...and in a few hours I’m off to babysit! Slowly starting to feel normal again... 🙏🏼
