Rest of the week. Wednesday was #deadlifts and Friday was #squats I did 5x5 315 on deads and 315 for sets of 3 5 and 10. Felt better as I lifted and adjusted bar. #high bar sucks initially. #keepgrinding #hardwork #gainz

With this failure my job in powerlifting is chalking peoples back and being the hype man. I'm not builtfor anything else.@alexmorhan1 @clarefbearr made me realize this. Thanks alot guys lol. In all seriousness I did a lot of incline volume and I waa happy with the 1 rep. I did the next because Alex hyped me up. My goal for next year is to set pr for bench. Alot of strong people were there and there were lot of cool moments documented so im working on piecing everything together now and then I'll go from there. 8/9 total 482.5 kg / 1063.7 lb.
