#Thursday am workout I did a bunch of assessories before I tried to bench to warm up some. There was slight pain in the last sets so I just called it at 185. #bench 185 5 sets of 3-5 #cardio #biking #bike #elliptical 250 calories each #abs #abominals #crunches 4 sets of 15-25 Working out in the morning is refreshing. Bot so much because I feel any better but more so Becuase of the lack of people in there in that timeframe. I may start doing my in between days in the a.m. also, ill be sticking to super duper light stuff for upper body. #Monday #smolov #day1 #squats 295 3x8 315 1x5 340 2x2 360 1x1 I made the mistake of doing this without a belt and it felt good but those heavier weights would feel better with that belt on for sure. These sets 8 or so of over 70% will tax my back too much without it. Ill be taking it easy on this elbow and probably either resting or doing light weight on upper body until it gets better.
