Back in the gym! Well, back in the gym training with a purpose. I'm doijg #sheiko again after taking 3weeka off and letting my tendinitis die down some. #Saturday Going to deload for awhile and do higher volume on everything from now until mid January. I did sets of 15-20 on everything today and that'll be how my workouts will be for awhile. Hell yeah #personalrecord #pralert #pr 465 squat on last set. I came in aiming for 455 but after I did it and it felt easy I jumped up 10 pounds and it felt just as good as the last one. This is my light day and it only took less than an hour to complete. Only a slight increase in weight for the other 3 days of lifting and then off week with max out next week.
