A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away! Have you invested in your reusable stainless steal or silicon straw yet? Together, with the help of our communities and IG friends we can help stop plastic pollution in our oceans. All it takes is a little bit of effort, reusable kitchenware (straws, cutlery, containers, and cups!) and we can change the way we view waste on the go.

We LOVE summertime for this very reason. Friends. Gatherings. Vitamin D. Good chats. Great snacks. Plus, is this not the best backyard set up you've ever seen? . A BIG thank you to everyone who came out to our #goodinthehood event last night! It was an evening filled with laughter, dance, yoga GREAT food and positive vibes. It adds a fabulous sweet crunch that you can't create with anything else! What's the craziest thing you've ever added GG to?

Fifty shades of pink 💕 We're absolutely in LOVE with this incredible plant display by @lola.tiliches. This is our Granola Girl dream. Plants keep us sane and even have healing properties when used inside your home! Plus, you can never have enough pink when it comes to decorating 🌷

Throwback Thursday to when our founder, @aprilbellia took an unforgettable trip to #Amsterdam to visit a few of her dream cafes! Like healthy food, travel is good for the soul. Green smoothie for one please! 💕 We LOVE making green smoothies in the morning because they keep us full till lunch, they're loaded with all the goods, and we can sprinkle as much GG on top as we want (no one can stop us! 😉) This smoothie contained: 2 frozen bananas 1 cup frozen mango 1 tsp maca powder 1 tsp vanilla vegan protein powder 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk 1 cup frozen spinach
