55 KILOS GONE 💛 I honestly have to pinch myself that both these girls are me. One is weak, self conscious, miserable, tired, moody and not enjoying life. The other is strong both in physical body and mind, has confidence, happy, energetic, loving life and making the most of every opportunity 💖 .. This journey hasn’t been an easy road, there has been many tough times, times where I wanted to just throw in the towel and quit. But I didn’t. STARTING WEIGHT 250👉🏻145 CURRENT . . DAYS. NIGHTS. Weekends.. 24/7/ALL THE TIME. • I felt less than. Not enough. For anyone. Not even my babies. I woke up late. Never spent time with them like a mother should. 😞 • I was tired. Exauhsted from the food i was putting into my body. And as silly as that sounds i loved food more than anything. Because like a drug it made me feel good.. for that moment. 😐 • I sat down and would eat until i hurt. So that i couldn’t feel the hurt inside. The hurt that got me there in the first place. • Now I’m freakin alive. Sure there are days where I’m slower than the usual but i am STILL FREAKIN LIVING! 🙌🏻 • You’d have to drag me back.. to ever go back, To the dark. To the lonely. There is no way in hell I’d choose that over this. Just for feeling better for the moment. For feeling numb. • When I’m playing with my kids and their face lights up because I’m chasing them and not yelling at them for being loud. God that hurts to think about that. So much. 😭 • When i laugh with my husband because of the memories we are making instead of yelling at him because i blamed him for everything. God. That hurts. 😣 - If this is you. Let’s talk Mama.
