🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 . πŸ‘‰πŸ½ Try out this bicep superset as a finisher to your bicep workout. . πŸ‘‰πŸ½ I utilize cable work every day because it keeps a constant tension on the muscle. This gives the muscle pressure on the contraction as well as the negative which results in a "full muscle" look. . . ❌ No need to go up to a crazy amount of weight. Stay safe with a weight that allows you to get 8-10 reps per side. Then repeat without a break. Be sure to give yourself enough room so the weight doesn't bottom out. . 🦍 Go Lift! . Weight: I'm using 25lb here for both movements. .

TAG A FRIEND WHO NEEDS HELP GROWING CALVES!! . 🚨 If your gym has a broken standing calf raise (like my gym does...for the last 3 weeks going on 4 😐 @lafitness )or if your gym doesn't have one, here's what I do! . . πŸ‘‰πŸ½ Find yourself a elevated hacksquat machine and load up some weight so you can just get 6-8 reps. Leave the lock on for safety since you won't be going past the lock anyway. . πŸ‘‰πŸ½ Get positioned where the ball of your feet is on the edge so you can get a full extension on the negative (way down) and enough leverage to push up. Do 6-8 reps and hold for a little on the negative as well as on the way up! . . πŸ’ͺ🏽 If you WANT TO GROW YOUR CALVES (or any muscle for that matter) you need to focus on time under tension. Quality reps will ALWAYS be better than just trying to get a ton of sloppy reps. . . . ❌❌Variation of this can be performed on a Smith machine as well (if your gym doesn't have atleast 1 Smith machine....its not a gym lol) All you need to do is grab one of those cardio steps and use that to get the stretch on the negative πŸ‘πŸ½βŒβŒ . Want big calves? Gotta hit them hard! Like any muscle, it takes time and effort to get them to grow. I do seated and standing calf press/raises every leg day. Yes partially it's genetics but YOU CAN GROW YOUR CALVES. . I recommend hitting them 2-3x a week and from every angle possible. Dont be afraid to go heavy. In order to grow them, you need to up the weight. I'll post more calf workouts soon. . Here I'm doing a seated calf extension with 6 plates = 270lb I switch between 1 leg for 6 Reps then double for 6 reps for a total of 4 sets. . Don't have someone to spot for your bench press? Not a problem! . . Try this next time! Use a cage/rack and set up the safety stops just above your chest so you still get full range of motion. Adjust the barbell holders the same it would be for a standard bench press. . . Boom! πŸ’₯ Now you can work on your bench without the worry of it crushing you 😁 I use this set up when going to failure as well so I'm not worrying about the weight falling but instead focusing on maxing my reps πŸ’ͺ🏽 . Haven't been focusing on my squat as much as I should so today I got up to 225lb! Last time I tried 225 was early in the year before my cut and I was around 165lb. Barely got 1 rep. Want to grow your bicep peak? You need to target the Brachialis in order to do so! This muscle lies under your bicep so as it grows, it raises the bicep giving you the appearance of big azz arms! πŸ˜ƒ . Try this super set next time you hit biceps. Using a rope attachment, set it to a low setting and heavy weight. Go for 8 Reps. Then drop down the weight and squeeze out another 8 Reps. I'm doing 65lb then dropping to 25lb. . .
