Literally, YEARS. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” {{ I signed up for @marieforleo β€˜s B-SCHOOL. }} *insert happy dance** β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” In years past, I came up with a bunch of excuses: β€œit costs too much” β€œI don’t have enough time” β€œmaybe next year” Who else is guilty of this?! Talk about self-sabotage! Quite frankly I can’t afford NOT to do this and I DO have the time. πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ³ H E R E I T I S!!! 9 Ingredients into a food processor, BLACK BEAN BROWNIES β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Recipe: 1 x can Black Beans (Eden Brand), drained and rinsed well. 2 x Eggs (or Flax eggs for vegan) 4 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil 3/4 c. Cacao Powder 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 1/4 heaping c. Raw Coconut Sugar 3 tbsp Raw Agave 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Pinch Sea Salt β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” β€’ Preheat oven at 350 degrees. β€’ PurΓ©e all ingredients in food processor about 2-3 minutes until it’s the consistency of frosting. β€’ Use a tablespoon to scoop mixture into greased muffin tin (use coconut oil to grease). β€’ Optional: top with a few chocolate chips or walnuts. β€’ Bake 22 minutes πŸ˜‹πŸ© β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€” Under 150 calories each + 7 g.
