Arctic tern with chick | Thought I would share another shot of the arctic tern. For those who have followed me for a while might recognize this frame. In my feed I have a video from this moment in May / June 2018. Feel free to check it out. It is quite heart warming. at Stora Karlsö
Arctic tern | I will follow the last post up with another black and white but this time of a ferocious arctic tern hovering above my head, waiting for the perfekt opportunity to dive down and peck me in my head. It probably thought I came too close to its nest and chicks. In my defense, it, and many others, had their nests close to the boat dock where people went on and left the boat on a daily basis. So, whenever a person or a small crowd went on or left the boat, the birds went full attack on people because they were apparently too close for the arctic terns liking. at Stora Karlsö
